Amazing place - was replacing a piece of my chimney, that I could not find anywhere. Was recommended there. I show up with my half deteriorated part, knew exactly what I needed and got me on my way. Well once I get home, I now can't figure out how to get it together like the old one! Sooooo on my way back over to find out (mainly because I don't want to die from CO or a fire) and go right on to tell me what I need to do. Was also fantastic enough to say "no need to come back, just call or FaceTime!". Talk about amazing! I bought my house with my wood stove, and I know in the near future it will be time for a new one, and I can tell you exactly where I'll be going to replace my stove!

Having a problem with coal stove insert, spoke to Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Walked my son through getting it apart to clean it out. Even after calling back next day and speaking to Kevin’s brother, was also extremely helpful and highly recommended them.

KC Stoves went above and beyond to have our fireplace insert repaired before Christmas! The gentleman who came was friendly and prompt, even though he was working on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend them for sales and service!

We bought our fireplace insert from KC, had to replace tburner,used them for other minor repairs. Good customers.This week our flames didn't light up. We called for a house call. Repairman pushed a dial and within seconds our problem was resolved. I paid the$195.00 charge and minutes later where gone! What ever happed to courtesy calls to good customers!? We feel we were ripped off $195.00 charge for seconds. Why not teach us how to push the dial as a courtesy! We will no longer be good customers of KC, shop elsewhere!

I would highly recommend this establishment. They go above and beyond to give a helping hand. My husband and I are truly grateful for the owner and staff here. They were willing to step in
and to assist us, when our truck became disabled.Not once was there any hesitation to lend a much needed helping hand. Top notch at it's best thanks again and God bless you all.

Top notch service and installation. Had a pellet insert installed in my existing brick fireplace. The two installers used care when inside my home by putting down drop cloths and blankets to protect the floor. The install was completed in a professional manner. They took the time to show me how to operate and clean the stove.

KC has put two stoves in for me. One replaced a coal boiler tied into a hydronic system. Emily and Kathy in the office are efficient and quick and what little they did not know about the products, they found out for me fast. Keith knocked out a survey very quickly.Price was high-ish, but not insane for the amount of work the job took. I got what I paid for. Herbie and Kevin (the former owner, I believe) Kirk, and "the kid!" did a killer job. They got a complex hydronic system up and running after muscling the old boiler out of my basement and within a few hours I was stuffing splits into my new stove.Had a few questions about some lingering issues with the hydronic system and Kevin called me back from his personal phone number the next morning; I had them ironed out quickly. A major change to my heating system up and running smoothly in well under 24 hours for a price that wasn't inexpensive, but was an excellent value.How often do you get that nowadays?Herbie,
