Ordered top mounts for my BRZ. They shipped promptly. Packaging quality is top notch, there's some minor [retail] box damage but this is by no means a deal breaker for me. Parts look very well-made and designed.I will edit this review next season once the product has been installed and my car driven.

I'm sure the products are great... If they get shipped to you. I ordered a shift knob at the same time as a subframe. The subframe is already in, aligned, and ripping and I haven't heard anything regarding the shift knob that I payed for.

Best customer service. Ordered my thread adapter while I was out of state and was hoping it'll be at my apartment when I got home. Turns out UPS didn't leave it at my place they took it to their access points and left it there for me to pick up. Turns out that if you don't pick up your item within 14 days they ship it back to the original owner or place. Since I missed that 14 days, my adapter was already on its way back to Raceseng. So I called Raceseng and explain to them what happened and they were more than happy to send me a different one while the other one was being returned to them. Definitely would buy from them again if I needed anything from them.

I purchased the Raceseng Circuit Cylinder + adapter + optional collar with the 3-day delivery option for my '08 MX-5. Apart from the fact that the package arrived one week late, the parts and fitment looked tacky and of fairly low quality. After installing and being unsatisfied with the final result, I immediately reverted back to using my stock MX-5 shift knob, which (sad to say!) looks classier than the Raceseng setup. That was a waste of $243.

Emailed them with a question and got back a thoughtful response within a couple hours. Decided to order a Smasher shift knob for my Mustang GT. Received my new shift knob two days later. Very impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the merchandise. Well done Raceseng !!!!

Customer service via email was great, they answered all of my questions. Ordered a shift knob and very pleased with the weight of it and quality of the build. Adapter was no issue, it fit like a charm! Also the presentation of it in a fancy box was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend to friends looking for something high quality and it's worth the price.

Amazing customer service, there was a slight miscommunication because of COVID or some such difficulty. Upon further contact, Raceseng has a delightful staff, and an amazing product. All problems were sorted out within the hour. Thanks Raceseng!

Raceseng manufactures some amazing products. Shipping does take a bit internationally, but they don't control customs.Part fits very well and the forward thinking of using a QR code in the box to access install instructions was great.Love the extra decals too.

I purchased a custom shift knob for my 2016 Golf R and Jarrett is great!! I received a lifetime military discount and his emails are always fast and on point. I do say to not to purchase late at night under sleeping pills like i did. You may order the wrong one XD !! I still love the custom one I got, the weight is awesome just it doesnt have the cover that I wanted. I ordered the wrong custom core and not all covers fit all cores. The Ology core weights in about a pound with the round cover on it and it shifts sweet. Make sure to check out their shops website and pick up a great shift knob. Thanks Jarrett, Rob
