I've been going here for a couple years now and have no complaint. They know lots about pools....I have no experience with pools at all and I was able to open and close my pools with just their products and advice. I also learned how to vacuum, empty a pool and put a new liner in with just their instruction. They offer everything I needed and the prices are fair. The owner John bring a lot of character to the store....if you lack personality and a uptight person, good luck

Have been using them for decades for my inground and then my above ground pool maintenance. The owner John has become one of the most condescending people I have ever met. He treats you like your the biggest dope in the state and never misses an opportunity to talk down to you. Sent my wife there yesterday to purchase a chemical and when she got home she said, "Never send me to that place again". So be it. I am done with them

Disappointed with their return policy. Even with a receipt you only get store credit. That was very unfortunate. I had purchased a pool float and never opened it returning it just a few days later in the same package. I found it much cheaper somewhere else. Store credit only.

It’s not often I give reviews but this needed one. The shear rudeness from staff towards my wife and child is inexcusable. This is besides the point the only reason we went to this store was because my usual pool supply store was out of stock with the part I needed at the moment. I will go out of my way to not go to this store again and give this place money now. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is a great little pool supply place I pretty much have anything you need for a pool. And it's also in a great spot all around. Go easy to get in and out of and the owners are very friendly

The absolute worst. The previous home owners recommended we use this company since they have used them for years. We prepaid for our pool to be opened by this company & every time we call to schedule it the guy who does the scheduling is either out, or just walked out. Our phone calls are also never returned. Tired of the run around now using a different company!!!
