They're only receiving three stars because they did not have the stuff there on the Shelf whenever their computer said that they had it. Although the employees informed me that there's a lot of theft there which they really can't do anything about. But the employees were wonderful it starts wipers for me they're great

Had the worst service from this location. I purchased a battery from this store, which at that time they were more than happy to help me out, after all I was paying $350 for a car battery. I started having trouble with my car dying or not wanting to start about 3 weeks after I got the battery. Same thing it was doing before I got the battery. So I took it back and had them test the new battery. The guy said it was a “bad battery” which I understand can happen from time to time. He was about to exchange the battery when another guy said wait a min- let me check it. He ended up saying the battery was good. Which made me question if my original battery was even bad. He told me I needed to take it to a shop and have them look at it. So the next day that’s what I did. They said it’s the battery. Ugh. Ok so I called the store back and spoke with Frank. This is where the service gets horrible. He pretty much told me it’s not the battery. Even though 3 people have said it’s the battery but to bring it back and he will test it himself. So I did that, and at first he said it was a good battery. When I asked him to show me, I wanted to see him hook up the machine and test it, what do you know it was bad. All of this for what? Then when they replaced the battery and put it in they broke a piece off of my jeep. Said here. Sorry I broke this, it’s yours to replace now. Just horrible service. I feel like if I was a man I wouldn’t have been treated this way. At all. Good luck contacting the general manager they never answer the phone. Just a bad company to deal with. I will never go back to this store again.

Brandon at Auto Zone in Aliquippa helped turn a stressful situation into a manageable one when I unexpectedly needed a new battery for my jeep and was quoted a price for a battery not compatible with my model. He was able to pricematch the the one they had available for my vehicle to a much better price advertised elsewhere, installed the new battery, and got me on my way. I was sure I was going to be out of luck, but he got me taken care of and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!

So, I've been dealing with the most ridiculous stereo problem with my Jeep for a few weeks now. Long-story-short, it was basically useless, not easy to replace because of the wiring, and I'm an Uber driver and really need that to work. I've been in all of the forums, called all of the manufacturers, and spent hours in advance autos and autozones, but no one has been able to help me figure this out yet.
Yesterday I spent another several hours in whatever store with a nice guy who really tried, but again I left disappointed. Then a second store blew me off and I was out the door in a minute. That's when I headed to Aliquippa Autozone and I'm sooooo glad I did!
Desi is the absolute man...I'm never shopping anywhere else! He found me the correct wiring harness and accessories I needed, came out to my Jeep to make sure it would fit and showed me how, and even came out to check my progress again. I left happy, but when I got home to finish the job, I blew my radio fuse. I was so beyond done with all this that I melted like a little girl and just started crying and gave up. With 20 min to close on a Saturday night, I called Desi and he told me to come back and let him look at it. It was basically 9pm and this dude came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue...and he made me laugh for prob the first time all day.
Thank you thank you thank you again Desi (and your coworker that night), you're the best! I'll definitely be back!
