I only knocked off one star because the automated menu on the phone is beyond frustrating, but the people working in the pharmacy are so sweet, really work hard to get prescriptions filled fast, & answer any questions in a timely manner.
I would just highly recommend getting the app to check on things, as opposed to calling. Just save yourself that frustration, lol. But no issues whatsoever with the employees, they rock !

The IVR system is horrible. You cannot get through to a staff member at all even after 4 minutes talking to the IVR system.

Terrible. 0 Stars!! Had my prescription for 3 weeks and still no medication. Told me they ordered it last Monday and would be available a day or 2. Lie! Went in 1 week later which was yesterday and was told it wasn't in yet, would be in at 2pm...LIE! Stopped in again this afternoon and guess what..still not in. Lady says I have no idea where it is. That is unacceptable. No call, nothing. At this point don't you think you would call me so I can go elsewhere. Never again. This place needs to go out of business as well. Staff is so unpleasant as well.

Morgan as so nice today. We realize from recent experience that this pharmacy will NEVER let you forget to pick up your prescription, which is a good thing! But if you’re away for any length of time….beware that the robot will hound you about it lol

Nice people. Miserable store. Or child required a new psychiatric med. Script sent 7 days ago. Still not filled yet it was available at a cvs 7 miles away. We've got to pay for a follow up Dr visit in 2 days to check progress. Yep, more $ for nothing. I truly dislike CVS.

I find it so rude that I was let a previous time to take my son who is 4 to the bathroom with no problem and when I just came in today I was told no. TO A FOUR YEAR OLD. It was the pharmacy staff. He really had to go and ended up going in the parking lot because they’re ignorance. Also keeping people waiting 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve never had a worse experience at a cvs and I love the pharmacy but never will I pick up here again.

Tried to get a flu shot. Was told I need an appointment. Their web site only showed Covid vaccine appointments. The man behind the counter didn’t seem interested in assisting me. Started to show me on his phone but ended up walking away and apparently did not give a hoot about helping me.

Terrible service in the pharmacy said they would have the medication and they didn’t said they would have it in 2 days. Then they filled my sons meds with the wrong dose amount

Never have my sons prescription and will tell me they should have it by a certain day just not to have it again. I have never in my life used or been to a pharmacy that never has any medication. One’s been pending for probably close to a month. The other almost a whole week.

There should be a negative rating for Andrea/Andea? Not sure but it's the black lady in the pharmacy who doesn't wear shoes and puts her nasty feet dirty on the same counter which MEDICATION is dispensed (witnessed and documented), wouldn't answer me 6x when trying to confirm who I was engaged with (via an earlier phone call), and flipped her badge around when I came in, so I'm pretty sure she lied about her name too. Why not? She's crossed almost every other professional boundary already. This employee tried to start a fight with me today on the phone when I called about a prescription which was a week late in getting filled. I did not rise to the bait when she was being confrontational, and confirmed my fill time and hung up. SHE CALLED ME BACK. TO BERATE ME AND THREATEN ME AND MY MEDS!!!!!Why did she do this? Well she tried playing the "I'm going through a tunnel" game and kept hanging up ASAP when I called yesterday (obviously to try to deter people from disturbing her while she ignored her job and messed around as usual). The 3rd time I spoke loudly and clearly, so there would be no issues. She DID NOT APPRECIATE AND DEMANDED I SPEAK AT A LOWER VOLUME. I'm sorry, you hung up on me 2x at a lower volume. No. I'm not playing these games with you. She ended up threatening not to fill my rx if I didn't OBEY, and then hung up on me. Corporate was then involved with 0 resolution.At this point I'm at a loss. I have no idea what this cretin is doing, but I'm afraid she will somehow sabotage an important medication. My follow up call to CVS pharmacy today was an attempt to confirm that the fill would be completed, and what steps I would need to take to switch pharmacies. (Obviously want nothing to do with this horrible place and malicious staff any longer). Unfortunately I didn't get that far. After her extremely belligerent attitude I got off the phone as soon as she confirmed my meds would be filled. I didn't want to argue with her, I did not want to deal with her attitude. Just not worth it. BUT SHE WASNT DONE!!!! Oh no, she wanted a fight and to prove that she was in control, and I better acknowledge that or else. SHE LITERALLY CALLED ME BACK!!!! To further instigate a fight. "Do you want me to help you? Do you want your meds?""Yes, please fill my rx"Apparently, since I hung up on her to avoid the conflict SHE started, she had the following to say "Do you want me to actually help you? Then do what I say....."Mind you, there were no technical issues with the insurance, doctor, pre auths or ANYTHING ELSE WRONG BESIDES HER ATTITUDE. SHE WANTED ME TO BEG HER FOR MY PRESCRIPTION!!!After notifying corporate, they eventually got hold of the pharmacy (pharmacy dept actually turned their phones off and marked the pharmacy as closed even though it was open). Corporate had to call the front desk to confirm the pharmacy was not actually closed and was simply avoiding their jobs. I was told I could pick up the rx, or send someone else on my behalf if I didn't want to be terrorized and mocked again. 1.) I'm not subjecting any one else to this BS. 2.) Why is it MY responsibility to find someone to pick up my stuff when it's CVS' EMPLOYEE BEING HOSTILE TOWARDS ME!!! WTF?!?!That's right. Andrea caused a severe anxiety attack, and while I was extremely upset that SHE CALLED ME BACK TO PICK A FIGHT, causing this reaction, this horrible excuse for human excrement LAUGHED AT ME!!! My pain amused a CVS employee. I've never experienced something so degrading, dehumanizing, and downright atrocious. Lo and behold, I picked up my rx and she made it a point to laugh in my face. Again. Because she is a sociopath, happily employed by CVS. ANOTHER PANIC ATTACK AND BREAK DOWN IN THE PARKING LOT AND ITS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL BACK AGAIN TOMORROW. TO TELL MANAGEMENT WHAT THEY KNOW IS A PROBLEM EMPLOYEE, AGAIN. I HAVE TO RELIVE MY TRAUMA BECAUSE CVS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. And I get to do it alllll over aga
