another FNB location where the employees have no idea what they are doing...not sure if its a training issue but nobody employed by this bank can seem to do anything right..doesnt matter on location...its company wide

If zero stars was an option, I would give first national bank of aliquippa zero stars! My elderly mother who relocated out of state is trying to cash in an IRA CD and they tell us she has to go there to sign a document. They refuse to help or understand that she is 600 miles away! They are rude and incompetent!
