I bought a vehicle here about nine months before Rub A Dub Trump was elected. The coupe was quite fine to say the least, but the power lock actuator on the passenger side always froze, and the mechanical lock on the driver's door was jammed. Anytime I'd give a buddy of mine a lift to high school, I'd have to make him crawl across from the driver side to make his way to the passenger seat -- that's if both doors decided to work! My situation during the wintertime was so tight that even my current wedgie seems to be less of a problem. The coffee in the waiting area wasn't bitter like the Mitsubishi dealer's, so that's a plus.However, my car had a mind of its own and often drove off on me while I was on the clock. Like where did it always go?? My Chrysler now is brilliant, because wherever I park it, I can always find it right where I parked it! That's loyalty right there. I can't go back to having a Bowtie on my grille. I'll stick to the wings of glory. Sales people are nice there.

Bought a used car October 2013 has 196000 miles on her still running strong. I take her there for routine maintenance inspection and all repairs though few. They offer a fair price and impeccable service.

horrible customer service went to look at at car that they just got in and it was in the service bay he had to pull on down off the rack for me to look at the inside and it wasn't ready to be sold yet was told by John (who i found put was the sales manager)he would call me the next day to let me know when it was ready plus he needed to talk to the service people cause he didn't know what is still needing done on it yet he even looked over my truck for me to possibly use it

I went to look at used car on monday 3/9/2020 i spoke to John earlier on the phone he told me to come see it as I got there the car just came in and was in the service center still John took me to look at in the service bay he had to drive it down off the racks for me to look at it I couldn't test drive it because it wasn't ready but I was very interested in it and told him he took all my information down and i was told he would have to call me the next day because it was after 7pm and all the service people were gone for the day and he had to find out what all still needs to be done to it before I could buy it he also looked over my truck that way he could get the information if I decided to use it as a trade in he knew I was very interested in it the next day which was Tuesday he never called me so Wednesday I called and left a message for him he finally called me back before they closed he apologized he was busy and didn't have time to call me on tuesday he proceed to tell.me that someone came in on that Tuesday that he was suppose to call me with all the information and bought it so they sold it out from underneath me he said he could call me if they get something else in I didn't want anything else I was really upset how could a business who claims they are honest and take care of their customers do something like that he said the other people came and saw it and had the money well I had the money to I would of bought it that day I came to look at it but it was getting worked on and had to get detailed plus he didn't know what still needed done I felt it was so unfair I saw it first and was mislead they are dishonest and treat there customers horribly John didn't even seem sincere that this happened I didn't have the option.to buy it that day I seen it he was unprofessional on how he handled the situation it is the principle on how it went down I can understand if I said I wanted to think about it but I told him I was very interested in buying it even would have cash for it they treated me unfairly and if they can do something like that what else are they doing to their customer i want people to know just how they run their business if you have the money right then and there they will screw over some people just to hurry up the sale of the car they should take more pride in their customers or potential buyer I know I won't be dealing with them every again and I will spread the word you shouldnt treat you customers like they don't matter if it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a business ... I don't normally write reviews but I'm so excited about buying this car!! I just wanted to say what a great experience buying my new 2020 Chevrolet Traverse at Miller and Sons Chevrolet Buick was. Shane is very knowledgeable about Chevrolet's and Buick's, but I loved the Chevy!! The experience was seamless and I felt very comfortable with the sales process. The Finance Manager George continued with the same great service and made the process go quick and easy. I recommend to anyone looking for a new car go to Miller and Sons.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado at this horrible place, I was 19 with a 760 credit score, never missed a payment, first car loan and they said we will hook you up. They hooked me up alright with a 18% interest-rate on a $26,000 truck that was 2 wheel drive not 4 wheel drive. My payment was $655 a month. My salesman's name was John.

If I could give no stars I would. Do NOT buy or lease a car here. The people at Miller and Sons are dishonest and lie about everything. The sales manager is the rudest, most obnoxious person you will ever encounter. They will tell you everything you want to hear, then not stand behind anything they say.
