At this point, everybody should call DC and report them. The supervisor and the front desk, lady who everybody has an issue with and probably doesn’t have no life. That’s why she won’t retire. Lied to me to my face not knowing I was on the phone with Amazon at the same time. Report them to Washington DC. The more reports and complaints that Washington DC get the easier it will be able to force these miserable women into retirement. Especially the lazy delivery drivers who are scared of nothing. I am from a huge city. There is nothing to be scared of in Aliquippa. So that means they are stealing wages from the United States of America.This office has pissed off the wrong consumer.

Always an excuse to not deliver. No access to delivery location, Mailbox blocked, Delivery Exception, Local Weather Delay. Nothing but lies and excuses to not do their job.

Worst office I've ever dealt with! We've had continued delivery problems from the day we moved here. Chris I believe it was, just lied to my wife on the phone about a package delivery. Never did the lazy carrier ever attempt a delivery, we have cameras. Then they said the sender paid for signature confirmation, another lie, said it wasn't accessible for delivery, lie, said the wrong thing was entered in the computer as a reason it couldn't be delivered, lie. All this and then says oh what's the address lol. Seriously you have 1 job DO IT! Apparently there is no accountability, government workers at their finest. Don't lie to me! Admit your mistake and correct it, oh someone else there just blew my wife off on the phone. Very very unprofessional, one thing I can't tolerate is a liar

My family and I went to get passport books today. Our appointment time was for 1:15pm - 2pm, we got there at 1:05pm. The lady at the counter looked at our paperwork and told us the paperwork was incorrect and we needed to make another appointment. We asked if we could fill it out while she processed our son’s correct form. After some back and forth she agreed.
We finished our paperwork before she completed our sons. We walked out of the post office at 1:37pm with everything completed.
The attitude that was given to a six year old during the photo process and overall lack of willingness to give an ounce of customer service is unacceptable. If you are going through the passport process avoid Aliquippa post office.

I called the post office to tell them I got a text message on a parcel being delivered to my house and I didn't get it, they said it's a scam we don't send text messages. This office needs to find out more about their services then being rude to customers and telling customers they r yelling, they don't want to hear me yell. They called our mailman and found out it was delivered to the wrong address so he needed to go back and get it. What a joke this post office is. So who was right me or the post office.

Erin Kelly closed my account out and claimed to solved it and never called me. She lied and claimed to have left a voicemail. I have no miss calls. they got caught pencil whipping and tried to gaslight me about it. They got caught by consumer affairs when I was on the phone with them.

They put the mail anywhere. They lied and said my dog is a problem when he is in a gated pen with a pad lock and does not have access to the front yard. Anything to get of doing their job.

Didn’t deliver my Amazon package today that was being delivered by USPS because they didn’t feel like pulling into and backing out of our driveway. Put that it was “non-deliverable” because the driveway or door was not accessible. Bull. The epitome of laziness.

I sell things often online. Post took my package and did not scan it at all. It’s now been 5 days no scans and they can’t seem to answer their phones though it says they are open at 9am answering machine still on saying they are not open even being past 9. Called yesterday but they had a temp who actually answered the phone but couldn’t provide any service as she had no means to not being a supervisor or knowing any of the employees. All I’ve gotten so far is he’s supposed to do this but didn’t so idk what your going to do responses.

Terrible place to go into to. No comparison to the MacArthur station up the road which has courteous, knowledgeable staff. This Franklin Ave station has your usual rude, lazy window clerks, especially the main 'lady'. Carriers in the area are pretty decent though. But stay out of the lobby. No wonder MacArthur is so crowded all the time but nobody is in Franklin ave lobby. They don't want to face the 'Sheman' lol.

Worst experiences I've ever had! My package was left in the rain, I took it in person to the post office. The post master said he'd take care of it. He never kept in touch, I always had to call him. After 3 months, I told him I would call and stop by every couple days until it's taken care of. Less than 1 hour he called me and said there's nothing they will do and the package will be back at my place the next day. A neighbor returned my mail. I received mail addressed to a house 7.5 miles from me. I don't know how these people have a job at a post office.
