Aaron had been a good experience. The store manager on South 4th street is amazing. He really cares about the customers that come into the store. I have been dealing with this Aaron for over 5 years now. The Manager makes you feel good and as a family when dealing with you and his team get the jobs done.

This place is a joke to be honest… they say they call you and talk you but really no one called or talked to you. They say they will call you back and then they blame you but my phone records prove no calls at all the lie. There nasty rude hang up on you. I would not ever tell anyone to go here save yourself and run away from this place.

Love this place been a customer for 12 years. Thank you arrons just wanted you to know my bed is a dream last night was the first night I slept on my new bed and OMG I slept like a baby. From moving I was so sore before I laid in it. This morning my soreness is gone. I feel amazing and well rested. You guys did a great job in making my new place worth it. So again thank you ??

I went in to get a bedroom set- it was on a Saturday and I made the payment and the associate told me that Tuesday my items will arrive and they will call me on Tuesday so I can come in and give my ID and CC information, well Tuesday came no call then Wednesday came no call, I decided to call them and I was told they are busy took my name and number and they will call me back so 5 hours pass and no call so I called and I was told that my items didn’t arrived and then proceed to tell me that they can’t find my name or my order so I decided to go in personally and I was greeted by sale associate and by that time I was heated and all he did is look into the computer and proceed to tell me that he can give me a queen set instead of a king that I ordered until mines come in and was furious why would I get a different size for what I ordered and I told him I wanted my money back and he says to me I can give you a store credit and I was furious because I didn’t get what I was promised and then to give me a store credit for their store which at this point I didn’t want no business at all and he continues to look into the computer god knows what he was doing, then another associate comes in named Erick and he asked me what is the problem and I told him and he goes and tells the other associate that my bedroom arrived and that is back there and Erick apologized and he told me first thing tomorrow I will have my bedroom set delivered and the other associate still with his cocky attitude tells me I don’t have time for this and I was like this is your job and all he did was be on the damn computer all he had to do is go check in the back and see if my items arrived then he proceeds to do my paperwork and put me for bi-weekly payments when I stated I wanted to pay each month not bi weekly and he proceeds to tell me ok no problem I will fix this later and my paperwork comes in via email and it was not fixed and I am at this point waiting on my delivery and if it’s not delivered correctly all my parts I will ask them to take it back and I don’t want business with them.

Was a customer for a long time will never buy from them again! There was a recall on a TV bought called them about it the manager said he would call me back never did! I called them more then once not ok!

The staff is very helpful and nice. Very laid-back environment. Nice prices. The current store manager is wonderful woman. I have had 3 leases from her now.

I would give it no stars but you cant. Bit of advise dont buy here save your money or go to rent a center much better managers that work with you this store is full of arrogance and demeaning attitude toward the customer they think they are the only rental in town thing is i bought from he cire beforgers were always nice this new breed is bad bad

I use to love this place. We got our bed set there within 4 months and got a one month free brochure for a next purchase. After getting our couches with them in 8 months we volunteered to return them (personal reasons). Let me start by saying, I have no idea what goes on with this staff, but they really need to improve in everything.1. Very unorganized2. You can tell they don't work as a team and do not communicate with each other.3. They obviously do not keep notes into customers profile.4. They blame each other instead of admitting their mistakes and fixing it.My reason for saying this, one month ago exactly we spoke with an associate, I will keep her name private. We told her we couldn't afford no longer the monthly payments. She tried to give us options. Best option was for us was for the couches to get picked up and be given a 30 day hold to get them back, or if someone purchases them we could get another couch for a lesser price. She tells us auto pay won't happen and we would not be charged. The couches would be picked up by July 15th. A few days later an auto payment of Aarons was made to our account, regardless to what she told us. We called, the staff did not know what we were talking about, we asked to talk to the associates name who helped us. She says she could not reverse the payment and we would have to wait 5-10 days for it to be returned. I waited 10 days, nothing came back, we called again, were told something different, we wanted to speak to the manager and every 2 hours we called and every day we called were told that he was in a "meeting". Eventually we made a dispute with our bank because Aarons "team" could not fix this problem. 2 weeks later again another auto pay transaction was made to our account. This time we did not think about calling, instead we head there in person and the manager was able to reverse that payment that day. He told my husband that the associate who helped us makes a lot of mistakes and blames the staff except herself. (You see it seems like there is no team work or communication). Today we got a call again saying my husband's card was declined and he needs to pay. At this point, I have lost patience with them. For the 100th time you were suppose to pick them up on the 15th. It's your responsibility as a staff to jot these important notes so everyone that works there is aware of what's going on. Sorry, but you guys just lost a customer. We will no longer be purchasing anything here.
