I have been to Allied Automotive 3 times. I have gotten both my vehicle and wife’s vehicle inspected and it has always been a great experience. The entire staff is professional and very informative. I love the appointment reminders and state of health reports, where I can review issues organized by good items, require urgent attention and requires attention. I like being able to review and having the ability to decide what service to authorize or not. On one occasion I authorize the repairs and the staff were very accommodating and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was undergoing repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. They provide quality work and I am am happy with the service. I will be visiting them again for any of my automotive needs.

I recently had my first service done at Allied on my 2020 vehicle after having a bad experience with a dealership. Everything went so smoothly from my first call with James to help me find a time that would work with my schedule and setting up a loaner car. I was kept updated with text messages and detailed reports for recommendations for the next service. I’ll be scheduling again for my next service!

I have been looking for a good Automotive repair shop to work on my wife’s 2019 Ford Escape. Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The building with multi-bay shop looks well maintained and organized. The customer waiting area also looked very comfortable. Prices were very reasonable compared to dealerships and a few other establishments that I have visited. Allied Auto sent me texts and pictures and a comprehensive invoice of suggested repairs or preventative maintenance items. They including the cost and a description of the work suggested. I highly recommend Allied Automotive and will continue to use them in order to keep the Ford in tip tip top running condition.

Allied has been my go to place and they truly felt like family until today. Unfortunately I got a bolt in my tire. I stopped in before it went flat and asked if they could fix my tire in the next hour or so. They went to ask and everything was full and they said it would maybe be today but definitely tomorrow. I explained that I needed it fixed so I could drive my car. So they said I could leave it which I have no ride home. I said well I will go change my tire to the spare tire and leave the bad tire with you. They said well you can't change it on our property because it is a liability. At no point did they offer to change it and Im positive there is a floor jack somewhere they could have change it out for me. So I said well I will go across the street and change it out. Went across the street change the tires drove back across the street and left the tire and told them I won't be back. They say they take pride in customer service was not there because they should have offered to change it out for me and I would have no problem coming back to get it. I'm very disappointed and upset that after all these years to be treated like this. It literally took me less than 15min to change out my tire something they don't have time for. They will have plenty of time now because they have one less customer.

Allied automotive took my emergency call in after dealing with many mishaps with the dealership. They will always fit me in and walk me through any problems with my car. They will answer all my questions without hesitation and I’m just sorry I didn’t bring my car in sooner.Services: Electrical repair

I highly recommended Allied Automotive. Their customer service and expertise is amazing. There is no other auto repair shop that compares to this shop in the area. They completed repairs within an important family deadline and exceeded our expectations in every way. The option of a loaner car was so helpful to our family as well. We were new customers, but now we are customers for life

I had my Jeep serviced for the first time at Allied and it was an amazing experience! From my initial intake with James & setting up a loaner and having all my concerns handled to Scott & Paulie going above & beyond, I couldn’t be any happier. I will definitely return for all other services!Services: Battery service

pushy with sales from Jennifer and generally rude when addressing vehicle information and service. Extreme costs for basic service.

Brought my car in because the dealership was charging an arm and a leg for an inspection. I was quoted $145 and thought that was really high. I received a coupon for Allied, which they honored. The staff was really friendly and they kept you utd with everything that was going on with my car. through text, call and email.

Being pretty new to the area and a woman, I wasn’t really sure where to go and who to trust. I wasn’t sure if I needed a new windshield wiper pump or a new fuse. I found them on Google near my home. It was my first time there. I walked in and was greeted by two gentlemen both very nice, kind and helped me immediately. I decided to first have them check and see if the fuse was burned out. They checked it out. I did need a new windshield wiper pump. They set me up and made an appointment pretty quick and gave me a loaner vehicle. Good thing I had an extended warranty, which helps. The woman in the back that takes care of the extended warranties, was very kind and helpful everything worked with the company where I have the policy. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday evening and I had my car back by Friday evening. Everything is working and I’m very happy and satisfied. I’ll be back. Which I was a week later. My driver car door hinge bolt was loose. One of the mechanics came out and repaired it within 5 mins at no cost. I would recommend Allied Automotive. They seem very fair, friendly and courteous.

Spoke to a rep at community event about doing an alignment on my car. Since the car is older and lowered I wanted to make sure they can do alignment for it there. Car drove fine but I wanted to see if it can be buttoned up little better since it's older. Took the car in , they tried to do an alignment but couldn't do it, I was told it needed different tie rods, which I purchased and took in. Bought two different sets because I didn't know which ones would work. After comparing the tie rods I was told the corect ones are on the car and in good condition so they didn't need to be changed. Charged me $200 because the tech spent 4 hrs trying to do the alignment. Unhappily paid and took my car home. I live about .25 miles from the shop. Driving home the car was undrivable and all over the road. Wouldn't even go remotely straight. Drove 15mph home and called the shop right away. Told them that the car was undrivable and that I can tow it back if they wanted to confirm. They told me they know and because there was something loose in the suspension it made the car drive fine but once they tightened everything up it made it undrivable. Next day got a call from the manager 5/23/23 , talked to him for an hour where he essentially said that yes the car is undrivable but his tech spent time so they deserve to be paid. He also said he has a friend in California that deals with older euro cars that he would call and see how they can fix it. He was supposed to call me back on Friday 5/25/23. Got a call from Adam who ended up cursing and calling me names because I refused to accept that the car is better off non drivable. He also said that he's has lawyers and money is no object if I want to take him to court which I will be doing. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
