For Personal Future Reference:
I was given a load to supposedly dropped and hooked, but came to find out our company doesn't have drop and hook with this Americold location! Unloading went very fast! Kudos 👏
People here are respectful and professional.

I am at 9:00 am 3 trucks in front of me at the gate and these three truck take 15 min that’s not my fault and they charge me 205$ for 15 min late fee 👎

This place sucks. Plain and simple. The guard has an attitude towards everyone. I’ve been here 4-5 times now. Average load time is 5-7 past your appointment time. All but one of those times, I had to get loaded at this place, and at the other facility on snowdrift. They don’t tell the broker that though, so you have to fight to get extra stop pay added on. The longest I’ve been here for loading was 9 hours, that was starting here, being sent to snowdrift, and then back here because they forgot to load a pallet.

Guys don't come this place nasty if you get a 5 minutes late you will pay late fee then they charge you they forgot they take all day and I give your door they say you lose your appointment even if you pay the late fee be careful very bad place they don't respect the drivers for them it's important time for you nothing good luck

I come here for delivery. You have to come early one hour early before appointment and check in with the app. now I’m waiting to the dark almost 3 hours after finish waiting one hour two hours sign the paper. The work is so slow so slow. I came here first time never come back again thank you guys.

Driver arrived at 3am for 0715am appt
at 6am securing guy let him in and gave him QR code to check in
after it security guy said they will come to get ppw
at 0815am driver went to the office because no one come to the truck for ppw and office worker said he is late and we have to pay $205 for it even we explained we been here since 6am and checked in via QR he said its didnt go through in the system. That weird sitation, driver was ontime but he has to pay late fee anyway, its not fair.
I would like to talk to Americold management if someone read this
