I started training with Joe back in October and have gotten tremendous results. He cares about his clients and leads by example. Today there is so much information out there when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I really like how Joe's able to take his extensive knowledge of the subject and lay it out in an easy to understand format. I would highly recommend Coach Joe if you're looking to get into great shape and live a healthier lifestyle.

Joe's exercise and nutrition program has been nothing short of a life changer for me. I've always been a relatively competitive athlete and enjoy being active, but once I stopped running marathons due to injury about 10 years ago, my body fat started to increase. Eventually I got to the point where I was probably about 25 lbs heavier than I wanted to be.

Coach Joe was truly an inspiration for me. I respected the fact that he used a scientific approach towards training and truly cares about his students. He does whatever he can to ensure they will not hurt themselves and truly takes the time to make sure each person gets individual feedback. I was overall impressed by the program and the way coach Joe ran his company.

I recently celebrated my tenth year of being a client of Coach Joe's. That's about 2,000 workouts (a lot of workouts!) and I can honestly say that throughout that time, Joe has both supported me and pushed me to be my best. After I had surgery, he reconfigured my workouts so that I would be successful without injuring myself. When you train with Joe, it's not "one size fits all" - he adapts the workouts to meet your needs and keep you safe. The program changes monthly, so your body and brain are always challenged. The small group setting is respectful, friendly and encouraging. I feel strong both physically and mentally and know I would not have had the same results without Coach Joe.

I started training with Joe 4 years ago. I was already a runner so I had a foundation of being active but I wanted to improve my upper body strength, build my overall functional fitness and fight the muscle loss and weight gain that comes with middle age (I hate admitting that I'm there). The structure, routines that progressively build upon each other and accountability at Arangio Athletic Fitness was what I needed to achieve that. I am stronger and fitter now in my late 40's, just 1 small step away from the big 50, than I was in my 20's and 30's. I can see and feel the progress. Thanks Joe!

The level of training you get from Coach Joe is unlike most gym trainers. The education and research that is but into the workouts is phenomenal! If you want to see amazing changes in your health and fitness level then Coach Joe is who you need in your life.
