The "employee" there, if you can call him that, knows nothing of at&t or cell phones. He knew nothing about how to transfer a sim card and done the procedure backwards which left my phone useless. There was no one in charge of the store and he simply stated (in a very mushed mouth way) he can't fix his screw up.

I just waited 45 minutes in the store with my baby for a representative to help me… only for them to tell me that they don’t have the power to add or change accounts on an existing account…

This is the worst shop In Allentown area they try you nice when you want to get a new service with them but when you want to return or cancelled some service they act like they don’t know anything all of them plus the manager too the worst shop

I waited 45-minutes and the two workers were w/ same people so I gave up. I know why the Apple Store requires an appointment. I’m going to buy on-line to avoid the wait.

We had a great experience at this store. Between the store manager Q and associate Jonathan they worked to get us the best deal on our new phones. Both were patient and courteous.

This review is long overdue. This store has the best service of any AT&T store,; and I’ve been to A LOT, as I’ve been with AT&T for 20 years. Q is seriously so patient, knowledgeable and has always helped me and my husband, whenever we come in. He makes us feel like family, and not like a number like every other store. He truly cares about customers and making sure that they leave happy and satisfied! As long as he works at this store, we will continue to be customers of AT&T on Tilghman Street, in Allentown! I was dealing with corporate AT&T customer service regarding a $2700 mistake relating to the return of two iPhones. The customer service reps that I spoke to, and there were about seven of them over a course of two weeks, were totally useless. They could not, and refuse to resolve the issue. I went into the store on TilghmanStreet, and was lucky enough to work with the store manager. Quadiar AKA Q. Q Was fabulous. He spent about an hour on my situation, also having to deal with the incompetent corporate AT&T customer service reps.. In the end, my issue was resolved, and all the stress that I was experiencing regarding this situation evaporated. Q was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very well spoken. It was a most pleasure dealing with someone like him. As most sales people, they make their living on commissions from Selling products. Q took an hour out of his day to resolve my issue for which he could have decided not help me and make his money doing his job in sales. However, he cared enough about the customer to put his own best interest aside and help resolve major issue. I am very thankful to him and would wish that in all places that I deal with I run into a person like Q. He’s the kind of person that makes everyone’s life a lot easier and a lot better. Thank you. I really appreciate what you’ve done for me and I don’t think you ever will know how much I appreciate it.

Lex helped me the moment I walked through the door. She answered every question clearly and made the experience so quick, easy, and simple. I was in and out with a new phone and everything transferred in about 25 minutes. All around a great recent experience.

I had been into the AT&T store on Tighlman street yesterday to purchase a prepaid sim card and the customer service representative Alexis (Lex) helped me...it took us a little bit to get it set up and then when I took it home and went to put it in my phone it wouldn't work for unknown reasons, subsequently, I went back to that store this afternoon. To my surprise, she recognized me when I walked in the store. Immediately she addressed me, then asked me if I had any problems. I had said yes. Miss Lex took care of my issue in 20 minutes. I was very happy with her attention and excellent service. I am happy to tell you, you got a winner when you hired this young lady. Her knowledge and problem solving skills are A+ ! I hope that YOU, when recognizing above and beyond staff members, that you praise her for her excellent customer service as well as her "people" skills. I think she is a great representative for your company !
