Don’t go to Lehigh Street Allentown! I waited 4 hours to activate a prepaid SIM card 3/8/25.m@ 1:35pm. Twenty minutes after I arrive, a lady left crying her eyes out. 15 mini after that, a guy leaves cursing a storm cause he wasn’t greeted after 15 mins of standing there. I wasn’t even greeted until after a half hour maybe. Aside from Limited stock, waiting 4 hours for my sim to be activated, we didn’t even try to buy a new phone for my fiancé considering the hard time the representative was having just wanting to stay at his job. He literally seemed like he was going to walk out after an employee walked out as I was arriving. WOW. Then i proceeded to wait I my turn… again. 4 hours later…. I left with a plan I didn’t ask for. He said he didn’t know how to give me the one I wanted. The individual himself was ok. The atmosphere in there will cause me to never walk in there again. I’ll go out of my way actually. Which is unfortunate, but exactly why I started with a prepaid account, just to see how they treat their customers. I’m a new, but soon to be old customer. Thank you but no thanks. Sorry, but not sorry. My fiancé is currently on AT&T which is why I considered. Now we’re reconsidering getting upgrades. ⌛️⏳⌛️⌛️

Showed up on Saturday 2/1/25 to upgrade my phone, get out of the car and walk up to the front door with another customer with us and the front door is locked. There is a sign that says “on lunch be back at 5”…..it’s 3:30 in the afternoon. How is that a lunch break? Heading to another att…just lost 2 customers.

Came in for help transferring data to our new phones, we were turned away and told to go to a different store or wait for his coworker to come back but he didn't know when that would be. Also turned away a customer ahead of us trying to do the same thing.

0 stars! Just don’t !!!! Att has the worst customer service support. They are scammers and changes the prices of ur plan without your consent. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS SO TRUE! Choose another cell service provider

went in to get help with my phone, the only person there who said his name was Cody wasn't helpful at all and pretty much told me to go to a DIFFERENT MOBILE CARRIER ALL TOGETHER. i hope someone from corporate reads this because one of your employees is actively losing ATT business Avoid the man with gold teeth he truly doesn't care to help people. He's just there to sell phones and nothing else. just use the app or go to a different store. Better yet just go with Verizon instead.

Over 30 minutes and nobody helped me at all. They were rude and disrespectful. I would heavily advise just calling the att line directly or go to another store. Do not recommend.

I’m regretful that I didn’t think to get the names of the two employees who assisted me but I have had consecutive awesome encounters at this location recently, both in purchasing a new iPhone (quickest, most painless experience with this process in my 25ish years of cellphone purchasing—everyone knows how tedious switching over can be) and in turning in my old one today, 2 weeks later after I’d ensured all my passwords, etc were working properly on the new one. That employee was able to honor a birthday coupon I’d received from AT&T despite the computer failing to recognize it. Both employees were friendly, relaxed and clearly understood the value of my time. This will be my go-to location from now on!
