I’m regretful that I didn’t think to get the names of the two employees who assisted me but I have had consecutive awesome encounters at this location recently, both in purchasing a new iPhone (quickest, most painless experience with this process in my 25ish years of cellphone purchasing—everyone knows how tedious switching over can be) and in turning in my old one today, 2 weeks later after I’d ensured all my passwords, etc were working properly on the new one. That employee was able to honor a birthday coupon I’d received from AT&T despite the computer failing to recognize it. Both employees were friendly, relaxed and clearly understood the value of my time. This will be my go-to location from now on!

I would like to acknowledge your employee Alexander. He was professional, friendly and patient with all my questions. I am a bit older (boomer gen) and was grateful for his time in explaining and answering my questions. I will certainly recommend him by name if anyone asks me about your company. It was a pleasure.

Miscommunication between employee and supervisor. Supervisor said they'll take the phone, when I got there employee said no. Now waiting for supervisor to text me what what he already told us but At least they weren't completely useless ( sorry for harsh words but it's sadly warranted) they managed (strong word I know) to add an authorized user so it wasn't a complete waste and I know this goes into death ears but it's cool at least there's some closure but I will rate this store a bad review and how you're still here on that plaza must be fate. It’s beyond me, I leave my peace/piece.

We received immediate assistance at the AT&T store on Lehigh Street, Allentown. The employee listened carefully to our needs and chose new phones for each of us that reflected those needs. We both are very happy with our new phones.

So I went into the store yesterday to purchase a new phone. I walk in and some kid in a hoody with the hood pulled up is sitting down with his feet up and as I'm looking around he at some point asks me if I'm looking to buy a phone and I realized this guy works there. He tried to pawn some used phone off on me and was absolutely no help otherwise, he actually told me to just go buy the phone online... Literally refused to help and forced me to leave and do it on my own. Incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Needless to say I'll never be back to this location ever again. I wouldn't expect them to last, they clearly don't want your business so take it elsewhere.

A few minutes ago I was in the AT&T office where some people were sleeping and others were eating in the lobby. All this speaks for the name and reputation of this company. If they are interested, they can check the facts on their cameras. I asked for an explanation of how much AT&T is asking and for what (I just recently switched from another network in the hope of getting better conditions and rates). I received the answer that they could not provide me with information and I would not be able to find get any information until I paid the amount, which is ridiculous. It goes up to the 4 th branch, where I try to clarify the facts, but to no avail. I am not going to pay a single cent that does not belong to me and I will follow this case to the end. I will also clarify that this company and its employees are deceiving costumers. If anyone is interested, I can provide detailed information and facts about everything I say

I would like to give this store zero stars, but you cannot post a review unless you give them at least one star. Please have the staff at this store review your bill with you before you finalize the transaction. I was fraudulently charged $93.96 when line was added to my account without my knowledge or consent. Upon receiving my bill, I immediately filed a fraud claim with AT&T. The store manager Gino did not seem remotely surprised at my situation when I explained it to him which leads me to believe this practice occurs frequently at this location. I am now in the unfortunate position of trying to get my money refunded at this store and to hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices. It goes without saying I will no longer use this store and warn all customers who do to please check your bill before leaving this store.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones recently. Kathleen helped us and she is absolutely the greatest! She is totally awesome! She got us the best deals and when the bill came we had issues and she straightened it all out. We strongly recommend the Lehigh St. Location.

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store! I was trying to switch phone plans and purchase new phones in a very short amount of time. I was in and out of the store within an hour with all of my questions answered and phone needs met. Gino was very knowledgeable, super personable, and professional during the whole drop in appointment. Pedro did an excellent job putting on a screen protector and was also very friendly and welcoming. I would go back to this store in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this store and services for any phone or wireless need you have!
