I am glad that Isabella attended to me. She was knowledgeable, polite and professional. She helped me with adding a line of service and transferring of data to new phone. If I ever need anything else at the store, I already know who to look for.

What a lousy AT&T location. Go in for a new phone upgrade. I was sent an ATT text for an S25, $0. But after 20 minutes of staring at an IPad, I'm first asked if i want a new number. Then I'm asked if I want to switch to auto pay. No, I'm here for a new phone. "Don't be rude" the young lady with black Coke bottle glasses says to me. What? I'm the customer. I was also told I couldn't get the S25 for $0 despite the text I was sent. This location is rude.
Update: received a message from ATT to email them to address my problem. So I do. And they reply that they'll get back to me. I'm still waiting...

I went to this store today 2/11/25 at 4:30pm to purchase a new I-phone 15 for my son. I am on FirstNet and the rest of my family is on a separate account. After looking up the account in question I was told I am not authorized to make any changes to this account. I showed them a screen shot of my name under my son's phone number on our account statement. The associate told me they would have to scan my wife's driver license to proceed. Unfortunately, my wife was 40 minutes away. I left the store very frustrated telling them I was going to switch to another provider. I proceeded to call AT&T @ 611, after 38 minutes on the phone with AT&T they assured me, my name is on the account, and we could go into the store and pickup my son's new I-phone 15 without any issues. After going back in the store again I was told any changes would take 48 hours and I am not on the account. I called 611 again, explained the entire situation and I was told I am absolutely on the account. My son and I proceeded to a second store, and we were told they are out of I-phone 15's due to the current promotion. We proceeded to a 3rd store where we were told that I am indeed on the account, and we purchased the new I-phone. I am very disappointed how we were treated at the Krock's Road store, and the fact that there is no resource available such as a manager to resolve issues like this. Unfortunately, I will not return to or recommend this store to anyone. In the past the staff at this store were very professional and knowledgeable. I will follow up with an email to the store.

We went to the ATT store at N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA at 11:25 am on 1/14/2025. The doors were locked from the outside. We immediately called ATT and expressed our problem. Their personnel said they would get back to us in 10 minutes. They did not. We called back at 12:05 pm and no one knew why the store was closed. They did not guide us to closer ATT stores in that area. They wanted to know why we were coming to the store. Really!

Door was locked at 11:30am when I showed up, clerk let me in then proceeded to tell me to hold on a second four times while I was the only customer in the building before I walked out after 20 minutes.

Great experience at this location. I didn't catch the woman's name working 12/22 but she was fantastic! Great multitasking with multiple customers at once and very helpful!

We feel as though we were scammed. I recently traded in my old iPhone for the 16 as well as my mother’s Samsung device for an iPhone. While the sales women were very friendly, they refused to help us in getting the phone set up or any data transferred (which was important for my mother who is completely new to iPhone). The biggest issue is now our bill. They created another line which is now costing us more money and is not in agreement with what they originally quoted us. They also forced me to add a protection plan for an additional $25 per month, which I later learned from corporate AT&T was not necessary to ship my new phone (it was out of stock). Needless to say, we now have a billing mess to sort through…and to resolve it, we learned we may need to send my mother’s new phone back after I had to manually set it up. Per corporate, this is an independent retailer so “their staff likely made a commission” off of the things they added to our bill. Very disappointed and likely will not be back.
