Both headlights blew at the same time for some reason in the dark evening. Made it here and asked for assistance not knowing if it was just a coincidence or a bigger issue. Colby was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped check the fuses to make sure they were ok and check the bulbs to make sure they were indeed blown. I had trouble replacing a bulb in the past due to its location all packed in there. He helped replace a bulb for me while I did the other. Very helpful associate and pleasant to talk with!!!

This is the Best service I've ever received from any store. Hands down the best customer experience and service ever !!!!!!!!!. Jessy met and exceeded all my technical needs with her vast knowledge and patience. I'm not going to any other store period!! Because of the service I'm a Customer for life. Mic Drop.

Came in not too long ago asking for euro formula 0w-20 oil for my VW . Tech behind counter stated there is no such thing without even trying to look it up (it’s available on the autozone website). Glad I know what I’m doing because it’s totally a thing. Do better, autozone!

My car was stalled due to battery issues, I called AutoZone to check if they do roadside assistance they say they don't but if you bring your car to our parking lot they will check and replace the battery if needed, so that's what i did. Upon arrival I told them I was here and I called earlier, spoke to a nice big tall lady, she came with me to the car at first she didn't know where the battery was, I showed her the battery and then she told me oh "We cannot replace the battery because they have to remove a part, now wouldn't be nice if she would have told me on the phone, I am sure i spoke to the same person. I hope they can address their staff to give better information to better serve their customers.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Installed a battery for me today no questions asked and they were even shorthanded. I purchased wipers as well and they installed them for me along with taking the time to show me how to install them for future reference. I would highly recommend using this store for all your auto parts needs. Caring and customer centric group.

During high traffic times this place fails to staff their employees. To make matters worse the the manager will hide in the back instead of come up front and help

Just rushed over during my lunch break to get a check engine light looked at for my wife's car. Ethan, young gentleman, very kind and personable was so helpful to get me in and out. I also snagged two new windshield wipers last week that were still in the car. He was kind enough to put them in for me real quick! Great service all-around!

I've shopped at the Trexlertown location several times and never had any issues...until my most recent trip there.
My fiancée (who is male) and I went in to get brake pads for my car. The young man (Elijah, I believe) who was behind the register asked the usual questions (make, model, year, etc), but even though it's my car we're talking about and I'm the one answering the questions, he would not even look in my direction, which I find not just incredibly rude, but also straight up sexist. But the worst part came when I paid for the brake pads, with MY credit card, and he handed "your guys's" receipt to my fiancée. No dude, I paid for it, it's my receipt. I'd bet that if I'd paid in cash, he would've handed the change to my fiancée.
Shockingly bad customer service - it's 2024, women are capable of buying car parts! But this dude clearly missed the memo.

I was at the Hamilton boulevard location to get new bulbs for my grand caravan. The young man David P. took care of me. He went above and beyond, not only to help me find the correct bulbs, but offered to install them for me! I was so touched by his kindness. They are very fortunate to have such a considerate, dedicated employee. Thank you David from the bottom of my heart!

I believe it was Ava who helped me this morning. Very friendly greeting right when I walked in and immediately asked to help me find stuff. Brought me right over to it. Good customer service speaks volumes.

Alexis was great. I had trouble putting in my low beam lights which should’ve been a quick install for me but I was struggling. Alexis made my day. She should be rewarded for her hard work and willingness to help at an instant. Thank you. We need more people in this world like her.
