I called Baird this morning asking what brand names of rollators they carry. I was told McKesson was one of them. I get down there, 20 min ridge, and all they had was one Medline. The girls there are not helpful or friendly on the phone. Poor customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience picking up the equipment needed for after my knee replacement surgery. Staff was very professional and caring.

Not Pleased After Speaking To A Representative Named Randy Today September 19. When someone says they are going "above and beyond" for you and they haven't done anything? Well I find these words to be quite uncomfortable number one because when you're helping someone you don't toss it back at them. Number two you actually help them before you have anything to say!This was the first time I spoke to her. Between my doctor's office and this medical supply I have a major headache! This is unacceptable that both of you can't seem to get your act together. And I was trying to set up a transfer from another medical supply who was even worse! Dear Lord in heaven is all I have to say about this experience ?

I have been going to Baird for mobility equipment for years now simply because I didn't know where else to go. I've had a horrible experience with staff every single time I go. They are rude, dismissive, uninformed, unprofessional and I am surprised there are any positive reviews. Additionally, the responses from Baird on some of these reviews are genuinely shameful from a company that claims to provide good customer service and care about their patients /customers. Shame on y'all for being so cruel to people simply trying to aquire necessary assistive devices to live or improve their quality of life. Thanks to the reviews that recommended Young's, I will be going there from now on. (I've used a friend's Google account to write this review as Baird has replied to patients reviews with private medical information)

As others have shared, I was shocked at how rude and degrading the woman working at Baird was. I asked a question and she actually laughed out loud at me, and then seemed to ridicule me when I said I wasn't available during the two time slots she offered. If you have an option, go with ANYONE other than Baird! I switched and used Young's Medical Supply instead; they have been so helpful and polite!

They have NO Idea what's going on. CLUELESS !They didn't even know what an Arizona Brace was ! I referred to them by a PROFESSIONAL Foot doctor, THEY are NOT Professional at all ! Complete WASTE of TIME. I will pursue this and will make sure this place WILL be shut down ! Also their Business is sloppy. I've NEVER seen a worst Freakin display of NOTHING. What a Joke ! BBB. IS my next contact for sure !

They made my providers office continuously send over my RX denying they received it at least once a week for two months. Then still wouldn’t send equipment after it was approved through my insurance.Just sloppy communication and bad business

Dina at reception was very helpful when I went to get a nebulizer for my wife. I didn't have a clue. When I got home I couldn't figure out how to add the medication. I went back and said help and she did. She was very professional the way she helped me.She is a credit to your organization.

I want to thank the staff today for making my day after surgery and allowing us to pick up my walker at closing time! I know everyone wants to get home and you allowed for a last minute pickup! Can't thank you for making it work!

It's the worst experience with this company. They mislead patients about the cost and end up charging a lot more than the initial presentation. Always the billing person not available and end up talking with front desk people. They overcharge you once you get their equipment and justifies it that the insurance company allows them higher price. Your portion of payment will be higher. You will end up paying for the cost of the machine out of your pocket. It's cheaper if you buy it online from Amazon.You will be spending tons of time trying to resolve issues. Not available for customers when you need them. Really go get the machine somewhere else.

I had an appointment with on Re, a Respiratory Therapist at the Hamilton Blvd location. She was excellent! We went through different options for me and she truly listened and helped!! Additionally, Morarie (sp?) was great! She ensured they had all the information needed to take care of what my doctor had prescribed, even though I was a tad difficult to get ahold of! I highly recommend them, and especially this location! I will be spreading the word to those that I know utilize these services. Thanks for a wonderful experience! ???????????

The women who run the front desk are rude and act like me calling them is a inconvenience. Every time i have gotten a piece of equipment from this place they also act like me being there is so annoying to them. Maybe you should higher people who are a bit less dramatic and angry since they are mostly dealing with humans who are going through a really hard time or we wouldn't need medical equipment!
