Manny and the guys went overboard trying to do right by us. I lost the key fob to our Toyota Venza, which is a special case for some reason, and they were sent three defective fobs, but they kept trying until they finally got one that works. They saved us hundreds of dollars from what Toyota charges.

Manny helped me out this morning. My car key had broken and I believed it was beyond repair. He was able to clean, repair the key and replace the fob in an efficient manner with great quality and superb customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment.
