Went in to deposit a check into an account there for someone else. I asked for a deposit slip and the girl rudely informed me that they don’t have deposit slips. What bank doesn’t have deposit slips and won’t do a deposit into an account? I had the account number shouldn’t have been an issue. Definitely not going back to this location.

If I could I would give them a zero. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Manager is a straight up liar. Doesn’t do what she says she will. They are disrespectful with their attitudes in there. Stay away stay as far away as you can. I will never do any business again with this bank. This branch has made me hate this whole bank

Went to get a loan. Was told it takes a couple hours. Five days, six phone calls, four emails and two trips to the location, I still have not gotten an answer or even a status check on my loan. I’m extremely disappointed in Kevin and the management at this Truist location in their lack of help or assistance in my needs, and quite frankly their lack of care. There is no attention to detail, no follow up, very little consistency, and unfortunately there is no customer service present at this location. I beg you to take your banking and loan needs elsewhere.

I got charged in overdraft fee less than 24 hours of being overdraft I called the bank and the corporate eventually told me that they could do nothing about it this bank is getting ridiculous I've been in customer since it's been knbt before BB&T and I get charged a 5.95 for maintenance fees this bank is starting to get really ridiculous going to have to move my accounts

They switched the type of account I had several times and then charged me fees for it. I called to have the account switched back but within a month or two the account would be switched back. They then stopped doing this with my checking and began doing it with my savings. When I mentioned that I was considering switching banks because of this, I was told to go ahead, that my business wasn't needed.

I dislike banks to begin with but BB&T has managed to completely underwhelm my already very low expectations. They failed to protect my account from intrusion and fraudulent activity, have failed to provide me with the results of the "investigation" they did, have failed to explain why my dispute was denied, have failed to call me back as promised --- multiple times. I have had some very poor customer service experiences but BB&T is absolutely the worst --- truly, for BB&T "customer service" is an oxymoron. Do yourself a favor --- find another bank that has at least some level of competency and protection for your money!!

Probably the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life. Incredibly rude staff, led by an incompetent manager. They called the police since I showed up 8 minutes before opening to get in line to be the 1st customer served. Wow...How does a business stay open with their attitude. You're better off putting your money under your mattress than having to deal with these clowns.

5 minutes before opening and they call the police because you are standing there waiting for the bank to open to get dimes....LOL. POST A SIGN AT THE DOOR if you have some odd rule before you call the police on a business customer. GO TO A LOCAL OWNED BANK, THESE GUYS AND THE MANAGER ARE IDIOTS.
