Great customer service! Brandon was awesome, personable, and so helpful!I went in very frustrated and ready to be done with Truist. He quickly fixed my problem and gave me great options and advice for the future. Not only did I not close my business account, I’m now considering switching my personal banking to Truist as well.This is not my normal branch, I came here when my regular branch wouldn’t help me. I will be coming out of my way to visit the Tilghman Street location from here on out!

All I want to do is renew a CD. What is the point of being open only 9-5 when people work. Cannot renew online or over the phone. Riduculous!

I called regarding a transaction I did through Zelle! Which put my transfer on hold smh! Never has this happen before, I wanted to canceled it. But unfortunately it never gave me the option, I couldn’t so I wanted the funds to be released to my son account immediately, or back to my account! I did called Zelle but they say their system were down! Hmmm ? this person never ask for my name or account number, SS# ! (Funny Right!!) So they were no help!! Neither were the bank they just kept telling me that they were going to email Zelle to speed up the process! That they will call me back!! To help me with this matter! Didn’t get a call back!! Didn’t get my money !! My son ended up loosing the purchase of the car! That was the reason I transferred the money in the first place! So he can purchase a car! With this experience I decided to close my account with them! I had my account for years they had changed bank names idk ?♀️ how many times! It’s time for me to go elsewhere!

Received Checks with a special offer from Citizens bank for 0% APR for one year, decided to take advantage of the promotion and deposited the check into my Truist checking account to find out that they are going to hold the funds for eight days!! It's already posted on my Citizens account so why hold the funds on my?! It shouldn't take more then 24 hours to verify funds from bank to bank it's all electronic! Representative was rude and very unprofessional over the phone and when you call the 800 number you're speaking to someone in the Philippines which was very nice but I had to explain my self twice and was put on hold for 40 mins to speak to a Supervisor, Ridiculous! Once it clears I'm closing the account.

Teller was very passive aggressive and rude! Unbeknownst to me that the branch closes at 5 and i walked in at 4:59, just to make a mortgage payment. The teller said the bank was closed but after I told her this was the soonest I was able to make it in she rolled her eyes like I was a complete inconvenience to her. I had spoken to this same teller over the phone hours prior to going to the branch, she did not inform that I could not make a mortgage payment with another bank card and can only be cash, this is my first home. I don't know these things . She didn't want to help me over the phone, just gave me a 1800 number hung up and didn't want to help me in person. She asked for someone elses help and was like, i know it's Monday right, all right in fron of me. I didnt say a word but wow!!! Please be kinder, it's easy! Also educating a customer in a polite manner avoids conflict and confusion. Do better!

Purchasing a new vehicle was never easier. I’m still a little blown away on how easy, professional and streamlined the process was for getting a new auto loan.Yube, the loan officer, was AMAZING. I expressed to her my concerns and needs and she was able deliver above and beyond what I expected.No question about it to get a five star review.

This review is for the Forks Township branch which has the worst customer service ever. They would not take my rolled coin for deposit because they said they had too much. When a bank has too much coin they get off their ... and ship it to the Fed. Their is actually a coin shortage at the moment and I am sure they could use it. They also would not allow me access to my Safe Deposit Box on a Saturday when open. Say they don't have enough staff. Called to complain and got an email back not a phone call like promised that sad basically too bad.

This is for BB&T as a whole. Do not bank here, if you do remove you money now and go some where else before they screw with you money like they do with everyone else. I had a major issue happen with an over draft fee. Over the weekend before making a payment on a bill, it had around $280 in my account posted available balance. Made a few charges and got some money out, which the rip you off on that if you have to withdraw from a different bank, with brought my total available balance down to $200. That Monday right after the weekend I paid my electric bill which was $239 dollars and knew I was going to go in to the negative and get a $36 charge for. Fine no big deal, I get paid that Friday. I checked my account 2 days later and I come to find out that I was charged a total of $134 in overdraft fees. I called customer service, spoke to the representative who all she did was tell me there was nothing she could do. I asked for a supervisor, when talking to the supervisor she told me that because those charges I made over the weekend posted to the account with a negative balance, even though the money had already been taken out of my available balance and I had enough money in the account for those charges, that they where assessed with an overdraft fee. I was still rather pissed off about this and wanted to go even further up. I got the number for their CEO lines, made my same inquiry with them. The told me it could take up to 2 weeks to investigate. Which fine, I wanted my money back. I just got the call yesterday, 6/20/2019, they told me the same speil and are refusing to return the funds that they took. This is not how you treat your customers, especially when 2 people looking in to the account both see and agree that the funds were there for the charges that happened way before the account went negative and was already removed from the available balance. Charging you customer for funds that were already removed is essentially them double dipping in to your account to charge you to line their pockets.

The Bank does not even deserve a star. This bank does not even know their policy. Needed to close my fathers checking account, and they demanded a paid funeral receipt. What? No bank does that. So people, even when your gone you don't have control of your money at this bank. Amanda in the laurel mall - Hazleton office is the rudest person I ever met.

TERRIBLE BANK, has IMPOSED a big MONTHLY FEE, after the takeover, BEWARE OF THIS AT THERE BANKS! $15.00+EACH MONTH! I would have given them NO STARS!
