Parking an unattended ev car to charge, blocking others from using is low class. Today, your car blocked the only charger available for a Leaf, for an hour AFTER your car was finished. Not respectful.

What is going on with the service department? I’ve been a customer for many years and the service used to be excellent. It now is terrible. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you leave 3 messages in 3 days and they don’t get back to you it’s a real problem. I currently own a Range Rover sport and a Jaguar F Type R . I will be using a new dealership from now on for service and future purchases. It’s wonderful that you upgraded the structure, but more importantly , having friendly ,component staff , that actually gets back to you should be a priority.

Took our 2018 QX 60 there for recall. Appointment was set up 2 weeks prior with e-mail confirming drop off. Got a call Monday afternoon that even though they had parts in stock. They did not have parts after all. This dealership has not giving us a break from the time we bought this car. I would never bye another car from unprofessional dealership. They have books of excuses. It's a shame.

Rob Bennett is truly a class act. During such a difficult time for everyone he wanted to ensure that the dealerships were disinfected and safe for not only his employees but for his customers as well. I've bought Two cars from Moe and his crew. Good guys, not going to mess around too much. Service is a bit lackluster as I had a few issues with them for warranty stuff. 5 stars front of house, 3 stars for service.

I recently purchased my first BMW through Bennett Automotive with the help of Alex Morra. This was my first “dream car” purchase and I couldn’t have done it without his help! I gave him a budget and he stuck to it and I also gave him a list of what I was looking for with the vehicle and he presented me with multiple options within my budget which made it so hard to choose! I never felt pressured to choose something quickly. In fact, he encouraged me to take the time I needed to think on it and assured me the vehicle(s) I ultimately ended up teetering between would be there until I had made my decision and they sure were! Without his great and personable customer service, which in turn made me comfortable with such a big decision, I may not have purchased the car but I am so glad I did. He even called me a while later to see how I was doing with the vehicle which I felt was him going above and beyond! I just wanted to post this as I feel Mr. Morra deserves great recognition and I hope you know he is a true asset to your company! I have already referred 2 other people and requested they ask for him! Thank you again Mr. Morra for everything!
