I purchased a vehicle there around Nov, 2019 and purchased the warranty as well. I did ask if xyz was covered to which the salesman did go over stating that it was. Well now my car is having trouble and xyz was never covered under their warranty. These guys will lie to your face to get the sale. I implore you to seek a vehicle elsewhere.The salesman was also rude during my visit. Due to "another customer wanting to look at the vehicle" as well. I'm sorry but I hope you learn from your past lies and mistakes.

Been going They're going here for quite a few years. Very friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Phil in service and mechanic are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Very polite, they treat you like Your like family.

They sold a Mercedes Benz without ever safety checking the car. It came in on a Friday when the shop was closed and was sold/left the lot on Saturday without a mechanic ever seeing it.

In 2018 I lease Maserati Ghibli from this dealership. And during my document signing they sold me 2 additional coverages and one of them was full coverage for tires. A month ago I returned my car back to dealership and 2 weeks later received a letter from ChaseAuto that I owned them money for my tires over $1400. I called to dealership and asked them what was going on. I was told I would need to speak with financial department who would be able to find my original contract. They took my phone and promised me that I should receive a call within 24 hours. Nobody called me back. Than again I tried to reach that manager again without success. A week later after few time try I finally was able to reach that person who gave me his cell number and asked me to text him copy if my contract. He assumed he would be reaching me back. I have never heard from Anyone! Don't buy any additional coverage they are trying to upsell you. Coverage that doesn't cover nothing or nobody even wants to do anything when you are trying yo return your vehicle back. Very unhappy with Bennett Maserati! Spend over $4500 in total For windshield tires, dents and scratches.

It's been a long time since I've been here but when I went they let us come in and look at the cars and it was pretty great! They are really nice and they let you come in and look for free. We were wearing street clothes too and that didn't change the way they treated us. Good place!

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEMExtremely disappointed. Do not buy any car here. I spoke with GM Garrett Williams. Very nice guy. Talked about trading my vehicle in and agreed on a number. We decided to move forward. I submitted my credit app. Got approved with two banks. The rate was high and Williams suggested that “I’ll speak with Josh and see if anything can be done with this approval to get a lower rate” I replied. Please and thank you as well as confirming we’ll stick with Maserati Financial. Fast forward to this morning, Williams texting me now vehicle is sold. How can a vehicle be or they allowing the vehicle to be sold, if there was a deal pending and approval was done. Especially after suggested he could get a lower rate. I agreed. I asked this question and Williams stated customer came in late last night and he bought it. Unbelievable. And extremely unprofessional. Not to mention I am the one asking him for updates. This is a scam. Do not buy.

Victor Otero took care of my wife and I today. We commuted from Baltimore to Allentown Pennsylvania to look at/purchase a Maserati sedan. We initially spoke with Garrett Williams who was also excellent. Victor was personable, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic about our long commute providing food and beverages for us. Very much appreciated since the trip was long and the process took some time as well. We had an excellent experience and recommend Victor, and Garrett also, highly and without reservations!
