Well after reading other reviews it only seems the company is only able to come up with excuses. Why they are scared to actually contact the customer directly by phone is beyond me. Unless they are doing something that they shouldn't be doing and are scared to talk directly to a dissatisfied customer.

I had one of the mechanics at my job order the tires for my rims with my card. I was working and busy, so he put his email in the order, but placed my shipping address (my grandparents house) and billing (my apartment zip) for me. Because I live in an apartment, I didn’t want to send my tires there, so I wanted to send them to my grandparents house where i knew I’d receive them. I do this all of the time with other things I order. I received a call today at 6:56am, which woke me out of my sleep stating my order was fraudulent and I need to send them a bill with my billing address on it. First, per federal law, a sales person can not call a person BEFORE 8am the customers time. 2nd I’ve never in my life had to prove my billing address on an online order with a utility bill. The lady was rude as well because of me asking questions trying to understand all of this. I also educated her of the phone violation as well. As customer service and a business that has a customer service line, you should know this! When I have time today, I’ll probably cancel my order. This experience wasn’t great and the lady who called me was rude! *in response* You don’t have to worry about it! I will never order from here! I’ve been told 3 different stories today. The man who I spoke with on my call back was horrible. He refused me a supervisor and until I continued to ask for one. THEN one magically was available after he had me on hold for 10 minutes and realized that I wasn’t hanging up. I cancelled my order and I expect my FULL refund of $466.36 within 3-5 biz days! Thanks.

The tire I ordered arrived within a week's time. The tire was shipped for free. I took it to a shop that mounted and balanced it for $25. This was a spare tire I needed to replace. If I should need tires again, I will definitely consider Tire Mart.

I would love to give 5 stars however I ordered my tires almost a week ago, I was told they would be delivered the next day which was great bc I needed them right away. It's been almost a week and I still do not have my tires. I am quite upset. I only ordered 2 and was going to order the other 2 next week however now I'm going to have to find 2 more similar tires elsewhere. I just hope and pray they come today. They don't even give u a time just says by end of day.

Monday will be 5 days since I placed my order. No returned phone call. No returned email. No word on why my tires where not shipped. Hell they're not open during listed business hours . Good news will come Monday one way or another. They'll ship or my bank will have the charge removed. This is ridiculous. I'm starting to wonder if you can trust Google reviews.

Very, very bad customer service line. You will never speak to a rep due to hour wait on hold. Also the delivery promise is fraudulent, I ordered my tires on nov.13 and it's said to arrive nov.22. I'm beyond aggravated with company, never buying from them again. I adviseall of you to do the same. NEVER AGAIN!

Easy to use web site, quick response time, good prices and very fast delivery from purchase day and contant up dates with shipping info. Will definitely use them again especially if these tires last, so far so good on LT145/75R16 LOAD RANGE E

Placed an order in good faith Thursday Oct 27th, received a email that day stating "awaiting shipment". So the following week I tried all forms of contact (calls. emails and chat) and nothing, just got timed out on chat. I looked the address up on google, and its a empty lot. Starting to feel like a scam!Simple communication could alleviate this poor customer service.

Prices are fair, shipping is not as it states.... If tires are in stock and order before 1pm they will be shipped same day. Well my selection of tires are in stock but took a week to get them. The delay seemed from the selected shop they were eventually sent to me.

What a miserable experience. Ordered a set of tires with a realistic delivery date (FREE 4 day shipping, AS IF.) Could not get a tracking number or shipping confirmation. Emailed several times to check in. Called repeatedly and was placed on eternal hold every time.

Had a little trouble determining shipment status, but worked it out with friendly staff. Tires arrived within a couple of days. Have them on my vehicle...very quiet tires. Will see how they perform under winter conditions.
