CHOOSE ANOTHER AGENCY. ?? First, was told they do not honor same day online reservations; did not receive vehicle I reserved AND prepaid for online. Second, vehicle I did receive was severely scratched and dented over 75% of the exterior..and was not cleaned. Third, the upholstery was heavily soiled or stained…and not vacuumed or cleaned. Fourth, the windows were filthy; some had heavy streaks while others weren’t wiped at all. Fifth, I reserved a NON-SMOKING vehicle yet the interior smelled of strong cigarette smoke…even with warning stickers on both doors about $450 cleaning fee if smoked in; I am extremely sensitive to smoke of any kind being asthmatic. Sixth, the washer fluid reservoir for the windshield was filled with water, NOT washer fluid; it was very hard. To get bugs off the windshield.The staff member who helped me at the time of pick up has a very difficult position…telling customers their online reservation can’t or won’t be honored; yet she did her best to explain it to me. Still, because of what she told me about online reservations, I was reluctant to go back to her to refuse the vehicle because of its conditions (see all of first paragraph). I needed a vehicle, and being disabled I didn’t have the luxury of going back into the counter to complain about what rightfully should have been rejected based on the vehicle’s condition.The 2 women who assisted with the vehicle’s return were very friendly and considerate…they apologized for the condition of the vehicle and did the best anyone could expect in means of diffusing the negative emotions I felt about the rental…even though those emotions were understandable given the issues with the vehicle.I did not receive what I ordered and prepaid for online. The agent who helped me when I picked up the vehicle told me there were absolutely NO refunds, partial or otherwise, with ANY online reservation. There should be some adjustment made for this rental; I even paid to wash it myself (the outside via a car wash). I am not satisfied at all.

Staff was super friendly at pick-up and drop-off. Car was brand new and super clean.

Reserved an economy car and all they had was a beat up pick up truck with the scratches and dents so I rejected picking it up because I didn’t want to be blamed for the damage when I would go to return it. They didn’t have another car. Never again with budget!

Unacceptable! You know how many cars are being rented... STAFF APPROPRIATELY! I amongst many others were waiting in line for over an hour to rent a car we already paid for and did pre check in!! What are we waiting for??? If there's an issue everyone gets stuck! How? Why??! Would you have only 1 person scheduled to work EVER!! I NEED MY TIME COMPENSATED!

I have been using Budget for years, traveling back and forth to visit my daughter. The pick-up and drop off process is always easy and their prices are always better than their competitors!

Quick transaction time and a free upgrade to an awesome car!!!Changing my review because i was charged for tolls on the Verrazano Bridge in NY, when i never left the state of PA. Not happy with the run-around I'm getting trying to get refunded almost $50!!

When I picked my care, I had to return it for a low tire, left and drove again and the tire was low again, drove it back again, this time I requested a replacement, got the new car then I drove for 30 minutes and the passenger side mirror fell out and was hanging by a cable, pulled over to secure it before it broke the glass, returned that vehicle and requested a refund because 4 times back and forth to the airport in 24 hours was too much. They charged for a day and gave me a I am sorry. Will never go back to Budget I thought they was a good rental company

Picked up a car at my destination in PA, Budget staff was extremely efficient and courteous. I was a new Fast Track customer (signed up pre-COVID but my first time to rent) and the employee who checked me in went thru all the advantages with me and upgraded me to a SUV. Check-in at the end of my rental was quick and easy

This place is a joke i called to ask before coming there if they accepted debit card they told me they did with a $300 deposit and a soft credit check which i didnt mind at all when i showed up they ended up telling me it was credit card only. Ended up wasting my time coming there and having to find a car rental else where. They dont seem to know what they accept at all. Better off going to enterprise in easton. Avoid this place unless your flying in

I was very happy with my service from Budget. I'd like to give Kathy a special thank you & high compliment for her service from pick up to drop off. She was extremely helpful. Not only did I keep the car an extra week, but I also forgot a couple items in the car that she set aside for me to come back to pick up. One of the most important things that I'd like to point out about Kathy is that she is the only person that works for Budget in the Allentown office that will actually answer the phone and not allow it to get transferred to their 800 nationwide call center. If it weren't for her, I don't know that I would have been able to get my belongings back.Thank you so much!

Never rent from them. We did an early drop off/key drop, no damage and got charged for a damaged rear view mirror which must have happened in their lot...6 months later. Someone is just pushing paper and blaming customers so that their numbers look right. We had a much better experience with Enterprise.

I’ve rented cars for the last 25 years and I have never experienced a situation where I have run to the vehicle within the last hour and I was denied service. Then the individual a day airport, elected to continue to harass and make fun of the fact that I was unable to view to rent a vehicle. to budget defense she did claim she doesn’t work for budget direct. She is a contractor recommendation that budget looks at who the contracting their service with.

Filed a report online for an act of nature damage (cracked windshield from a pebble on the highway) when I returned the car I received a charge for $486.. FOR A CRACKED WINDSHIELD. Yes I could’ve opted for insurance, for an extra $1000 FEE!!! I RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY AWAY GO TO ENTERPRISE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! I COULD'VE REPLACED THE WHOLE WINDSHIELD MYSELF FOR WAY LESS!!!!!!!!
