This place earns every star it receives. I cannot believe it doesn't have a perfect score.
Took my car here after I hit a deer and they had it back to me in a little over a week. When I got it back, I could not tell it had ever been in an accident.
When I got it back I noticed by chance that The coolant overflow tank wasn't sitting quite right. one of its clamping feet had a crack that prevented it from clamping onto a small pipe that keeps it in place. I don't blame them for not noticing this as it was very subtle and easy to miss. They ordered a whole new overflow tank and had it replaced in about 30 minutes on my way home from work.
These guys put the customer first and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the work done. I wish I could take my car here for all other services.

Caliber made everything so easy when we were in an accident. They were able to communicate with the rental company to have us drive away in a vehicle as soon as we dropped ours off.
We were provided with a damage review and repair estimate within a day, and were kept informed through regular updates on the status of the vehicle and the estimated date of completion.
Our vehicle was ready for pickup early, which was a huge relief, and we were able to leave our rental on sight upon pickup.
They were very helpful, gave us a thorough overview of all the work that had been completed, and were very pleasant to work with overall. Thanks so much Caliber!

I recently took my car to Caliber Collision, in Allentown PA for some repairs, and I regret it immensely. The level of workmanship and professionalism I experienced was shockingly poor. Here are the specific issues I encountered:
1. Missing Parts: After the service, I discovered that several important parts were missing from my vehicle. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their attention to detail.
2. Poor Alignment: The front bumper doesn't align properly with the hood and headlights. It looks completely off, which is not only an aesthetic issue but could also lead to further problems down the road.
3. Incomplete Paint Job: I noticed that there was paint splattered over my wheel rim, instead of replacing it, which is not only unprofessional but also damaging to the appearance of my car. It shows a clear lack of care for their work.
4. Misaligned Plastic Covers: Underneath my car, the plastic covers were misaligned, making it look as if the job was rushed or not done at all. This could potentially lead to issues with the undercarriage in the future.
5. Blaming Aftermarket Parts: When I raised my concerns about the shoddy work, they had the audacity to blame it on the aftermarket parts. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor workmanship, they deflected the blame onto the materials. When I complained further, they went back and pretended to fix the issue, but I remain skeptical about the integrity of the work done.
Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision has been extremely disappointing. They clearly lack work ethics and professionalism, and I advise anyone looking for reliable car service to stay far away from this shop. Trusting them with your vehicle could lead to more problems than solutions. Save yourself the trouble and choose a shop that values its customers and takes pride in its work.

Frist time at caliber collision and it was the best choice I did because they fixed my car A Big Buck (DEER)ran right in front of me and from the pictures you can see it’s absolutely amazing they did a great job BIG #10 I recommended this place to everyone Good Job

I recently took my vehicle to Gerber and was very disappointed. This time, my daughter had the issue, and we chose Caliber Collision to conduct the work. What a difference, just like night versus day, the service and conduct were superior! I will never go back to Gerber now that I have had the Caliber Collision experience. Keep up the great work!

i am really pleased with the service at this location! theresa was prompt and timely with communication and updates, my car was fixed earlier than its “due date”, and apart from the body work, the shop crew vacuumed my interior, washed my rubber floor mats, and even cleaned up some stains i had on the exterior. the service went above & beyond and i would definitely recommend their shop!
