If i could give 0 stars I would. This shop took my car back in 2019 and I didn't get it back until May of 2025 after fighting with them for a year then going to court just to get my car back. Got it back with original parts missing and parts I ordered that were shipped to the shop missing. Owner refuses to replace or reimburse for missing parts. Now im stuck with trying to rebuild this car at another shop starting with over $2k in missing parts the car had when I dropped it off.

We agreed to only replace the brake pads, 140 for the front and 140 for the rear, but the final bill was 636. The boss said that the staff saw that the rotors was not good and replaced it for me. I thanked them, but I only replaced the rotor two months ago. I argued with them, and in the end I couldn't leave without paying. You are robbing me in disguise. This repair shop has terrible service and high prices. I will never come back.

They stole my engine transmission and interior my hood my speakers my 6 disc factory cd changer complete swap played me for two months for a diagnostic kept saying it was a rare car I had i got it back they stole everything and swapped it from another car they had I have another shop documented the car when it came to there shop I got the police report to prove it theft don’t ever take ur car there they steal parts they got me super good always take pictures and videos for scum like this

Absolutely horrible.. these guys are so slow it's unbelievable they all just walk around they don't talk to you they don't answer your questions they take their sweet time what a horrible experience would not recommend.

great place if u want ur car to sit there for an entire month while they do nothing to fix it, also don’t expect any kind of communication, they will dodge all of ur texts and calls!

I took my vehicle there 3 weeks ago and I gave them a run down on what needed to be fixed. I picked my vehicle up. They charged me $601 and they did not fix the things I asked them to.
I was referred here. They have tons of cars on the lot. I thought it was a car dealership. Turns out they are customer cars. Wondering who else they have ripped off.
Prior to me getting my vehicle back. I had to call these people. They didn't return calls. I texted them and they just ignored me. I went there a few times to check on my vehicle and I sent my brother over there. Each time there was an excuse.
Never again!

Horrible customer service, barely said hi, I had to walk around to find someone. Seemed unable to focus k a single tasks, took over a hour for a smart start calibration when it normally takes less than 10 minutes…. They would go over to my truck and do one thing and walk away, and then come back 10 minutes later and do one thing and then walk away again .
