This bank always has a broken ATM, the only one they have by the way. I am one of those people who work from dawn to dusk and when you need to make a deposit or withdraw money you can't because the ATM they have outside is always out of service but

I have been banking with Chase for 7 months and for those 7 months the ATM has been down 98% of the time I have tried to use it “which is every Friday” absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! So if you don’t go during business hours you are out of luck!

The atm is always down I don’t understand. At least have two in the lobby. It really wastes people time. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone and the atm is not working. 0/24 just wanted to add a photo of the atm not working. It’s really annoying because it’s all the time this is why I stopped coming to this one. One available atm during non working hours just makes no sense. They should’ve built two atms outside.

Very friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and overall very modern... really nice inside and feels safe and secureNight use of the ATM is easy, just use your Chase card at the door and it buzzes you in. Quick and simple. Having to buzz yourself in makes me feel safe especially for the part of Allentown it is located in.Edit: ATM out of service once again. Very common issue at this location.
