Absolutely ridiculous wait time, no Good plan on how to serve people food. People who have only been here a few minutes are getting food while we've been sitting for over 40. Food was cold and rushed quality and you can tell it was sitting forever. Some annoying siren sound kept going off the duration of our stay. Staff are not pleasant to deal with (minus the bartender he was the only reason I stayed sane getting drinks. And one other worker who actually seemed to care). Absolutely do not recommend to go here on a weekend, staff gets absolutely flustered and can't work under pressure. Whoever is managing this place needs to figure out how to handle a busy night and not let staff suffer without trying to help them.

One of the few good places to eat at Dorney Park, which isn't saying that much but the portions keep getting smaller and I've been there. At least it doesn't times this summer and each time they've got the order wrong at least once. The only three entree items with one or two sides so not sure how they can keep getting it wrong. Like "do you want cheese on your cheese steak?"

Very obnoxious setting, unprofessional workers. They gave us tiny plates you could barely eat off of for a whole pizza then gave other guests regular size plates for their pizza. Workers using slang and messing around with guests . Food was not the best tasting.

In the worst decision since putting anchovies on their crab fries, Chickie’s and Pete’s decided to both stop selling beer at their “Bar” and double down on the decorating the Bar with Beer signs. So if you both love looking at lit up beer signs telling you all of thee beers you can not buy and sitting there not buying those beers, this is the place for you.

Service was kind of awful. And in the age where you can't vocally be a Karen anymore without being filmed, I have to resort to leaving a yelp review. When we were seated I asked for a booth, but they told me they don't sit part of 3s in booths. When we got to the dining area, there were parties of 2, 3, and 4 in booths. With many booths available... what nonsense is this? Waiter forgot he seated us and came to us only after we asked for a waiter. We asked for a knife and they said they would be right back and they never returned with a knife. We had to forage a knife off a dirty table. Then, to top off the evening, they forgot my friends meal all together. When we asked about it, again they would say we will go check. No one went and checked. We had to go up to the kitchen ourselves and ask. Two of us were finished with our meals before our friend even got his.

Came here with my friend because we used to always go eat here when we were at Dorney. Food was awful - went right through us. Everything was cold and on top of that we waited 1 hour! They didn’t even call order numbers over the loud speaker. For 48$ I was expecting some good food but we will never be coming back here. get it together

Waited for over a hour when they said it would be 45 minutes gave us half of our food forgot some items and then sent out a burnt cheesesteak after 25 mintes and gave my kids a pizza when my son bit into it there was an entire bay leaf or basil not sure horrible service asked for the manager was just as bad as staff DO NOT COME HERE

IT took a long time just to get in, Everything was a long wait it was only 2 machines to place your order. then you had to wait for your number to be call. the numbers was not in order. If i wasn't really hungry i would have walk off the line.

Was in with family to dine today after utilizing our season passes at Dorney. Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location. Walked in and there was a line out to the door. (No big deal.) We waited approximately 30 min until making it to the hostess stand. A young gentlemen greeted us kindly and told us he was going to see if anything was available. The team lead Faith, then came up and immediately gave her associates attitude when they had questions. She never gave attention to us or welcomed us to the restaurant. I work in customer service and have for the last 5 years. You treat every customer the way you would like to be treated. Be outgoing, motivated and overall accepting of everyone. Moral of the story, we dined at this location and the food and service was horrendous. I understand this location is extremely understaffed, but it gives no excuse for the experience we encountered today. Please correct your issues so I can give your restaurant another chance. If not, this is a business that has great potential but will fail miserably in the near future

Terrible food. We spent $55 on chicken tenders, and fries. The fries were hollow, and they did not have ranch for the chicken? They gave me cheese to dip my Buffalo chicken in. And to top it off, while eating my second tender, I bit into something rock hard, completely lost my appetite and threw my $55 meal away. I do not recommend. It also takes a long time to get your food.
