Scheduled online, ended up doing more than I thought I would need but that was on me. (Registration & emissions)
Was in for about an hour due to that but overall polite and knowledgeable staff, and clean lobby.
Diagnosed and recommended services which were available to do that day but I opted out of.
Will probably go again.

Poor customer service. They say it's express care and you can stop by without an appointment but it's not really true. Showed up 2 hours before closing and they reported they couldn't see me without an appointment. Called ahead the next day, asked if they could see me in 15 minutes and they said they could. Arrived and waited in my vehicle for 30 minutes while multiple workers avoided eye contact with me. As I called the office again and no one picked up the phone, someone finally came over and told me they couldn't see me tonight. I realize things change and they're busy but it would have been common courtesy for someone to take 5 seconds to say sorry we can't see you vs having me wait 30 minutes. This place is certainly not worth the expensive price. Take your business anywhere else.

They don’t have walk in service everything has to be with appointment.even on weekends when it’s the only day off for to many people

Convenient for quick service - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and the loaner car option is really helpful if there's service that might take a little longer (e.g. brakes). I usually pop in to the Express Service for my Subaru Legacy oil changes and tire rotations, which usually takes ~1hr on average.

I am rating it a 3 because they do great work and give complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash if requested, but it is never express even if you book an appointment. Express means minimally 1 hour for just an oil change. I'd rather go to Valvoline where you drive in and it takes 20-25 minutes and it's not so stuffy. The workers here don't seem to enjoy their job very much based off general vibe/meager attitudes.

Took in for service oil, filter, and check fluids, and apparently, they have to play with buttons and nobs cause I'm still trying to get things set back the way they were before we took it in

went in for oil/filter change . fast service with appointment however oil pan seal was leaking. no one mentioned it and was found out by ciocca service tech within 2 week period. Was lucky had a warranty recall for something else .wouldve had oil leak for 4k miles if i didnt go to the main service center in timely period. !

I bought my truck from Ciocca, came with 10 oil changes. Just like everyone else, I am always on time with my appointment. 20 min early, been waiting 2 hours and counting for my oil change. I feel that’s completely unacceptable. I understand 45- 1 hour, and I was here 20 min after opening on a Sunday. I’m disappointed in the turnaround time, especially for an oil change.
