i bought a used car today with salesman caleb and he was extremely helpful and polite. he also knew his stuff. he was very upfront and honest about the best car that would suit me. he made the process seem less of a chore and more of an experience. Also shoutout to luke for processing the finances for me. he was also very honest when talking about warranty options. these people are not pushy at all and they truly want the best for you. they understand the commitment of a vehicle but do their best to ensure longevity.

Emilio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not the brand their dealership sells. Everything about the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. No surprise fees like some other places. All in all, a great place to purchase a pre-owned vehicle!

I bought a brand new Subaru Outback 2020 from Ciocca Subaru because of its advertised reliability. I follow the maintenance schedule like a bible. Since 2020, I have had to deal with a failed battery that left me stranded on a busy intersection during auto start/stop, control arm and bearing replacements, CVT fluid change, loose engine mount/torque mount causing knocking sounds, and a water pump failure. Now, my TPMS light is on, and Ciocca is trying to charge me $800 to replace all four sensors. They are out of their minds. It's a 5 year old car! You're telling me I have to pay $800 every 5 years to replace the TPMS? I drove a Honda Accord for 5 years, and all I had to do were oil changes and tire rotations. That's it. Two things are certain. One: Subaru is not as reliable as people think they are. And two: Ciocca Subaru takes advantage of that.
