About a week ago I purchased a car from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown. I met with Anthony and Luke and they provided me with an amazing service. They provided me with information and ensured that I was selecting the perfect vehicle for me and my interests. They really care about finding the perfect car for you!Their generosity and customer service was exceptional and at the end of my visit, I mentioned that I didn’t have my charger and my phone was dying and they kindly/thoughtfully provided me with one, they didn’t have to! I also received a follow up call about any questions I had which was so kind/needed. A cherry on top of their great service!The actions and attentiveness of the dealers at this dealership are a 10/10, I would highly recommend them! After having a less than stellar "service" experience in the past, I was unsure as to whether we should choose Ciocca for the purchase of our next new Subaru. However, I am pleased to share that we have just had an exceptional "sales" experience. Jeff Staver warmly greeted me and treated me with respect and kindness, never making me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He and Ben Walsh each took the time to make a personal connection, listened to our needs, and worked to negotiate an amenable deal within our budgetary constraints. Jeff patiently answered my many qiestions and took time to go over the new features that had been added since the purchase of our old Subaru. A post-sale call with Jenna Seitz sweetened the experience, as she represented Ciocca well by providing me with another opportunity to walk through the many features on my new vehicle, after I had a few days to get used to driving it. This appt. was also part of the Subaru Love Encore program, and earned me a $25 gas card. Special thanks to everyone at Ciocca Subaru for a very positive purchase experience!

UPDATE:After requesting a refund for the unwanted oil change and dye test Peter the service manager gave me even WORSE customer service. When I spoke with him initially he was nice and understanding and noted that I was correct that a dye test shouldn't have been done. Fast forward to the the next time I spoke to him and he changed his story to a long rambling tale of how they do the tests but not once could explain WHY there was a nearly $3000 price difference. The guy was a complete joke and completely lost my confidence in this dealer. In fact, all they lost three car sales already just because Peter Penny Pincher wouldn't refund $200 in services I didn't want. In the long run, Ciocca has been making offers on my car for 2 years to buy it due to low miles and I suspect they outrageously over quoted my repairs to get me to trade my car in and get a new one so they could then do the low cost fix and sell for top dollar all after giving me nothing for a car that is easily sellable. Beware of going here for sales or service. They are simply not trustworthy, especially considering I have Peter on record stating two different things on two different calls.Last week I took my vehicle to Ciocca to have my AC looked at as it was not working properly. When I met with the service advisor, David, I told him I did not want an oil change nor did I want the dye test on my AC unit until AFTER they did the diagnostic test on my AC and I decided to have it repaired or not (because a dye test didn't make sense if I was not having repairs completed). I did approve having the inspection done while there. When David finally called me two hours after the promised time he told me that not only was the oil change and dye test already done (in fact he stated it was the first thing they did), but he told me it would be $3300-3600 to repair my AC on a 9 year old vehicle. He also told me to pass inspection it needed 3 light bulbs that I was charged $150 for (I could have done that myself for $30) and suggested I change a few filters and fluids (which I approved but was not done when I picked the vehicle up). Back to the AC issue - I declined as a $3000 on top of $1100 they already charged (because the oil change and dye test were still charged even though I did not ask for them unless repairs were being completed) was something I wanted to think about and I am glad I did. I went to an independent Subaru mechanic and attached is my bill to repair my AC. $726.....$3000 less than Ciocca. I'm not mad about the cost. I'm mad that David and Ciocca lied. I was told the hoses had leaks all over them. Not true per the independent mechanic. I was told the resistor was fried on my car. Not true again. And on top of the lies, the Service Manager not only did not offer to refund me for the services I did not ask for but had the nerve to say I should come there to have my car worked on in the future or when I'm ready to purchase a new one. Like I would trust them to even do an oil change in the future. Lesson learned, in this economy support your independent mechanics. They have morals unlike Ciocca who lies just to pad the bill.

Anthony was of great assistance to me to help with my recent car purchase. He has excellent attention to detail while being observant that customers hate to needlessly wait. I was able to trade in a car while purchasing a new one in under 3 hours from walk-in to drive-out (although I did have an appointment with him to allow him to prepare). During that time he stepped me through every aspect of the new car including all of the safety/convenience/entertainment/etc. items in the car.I don't often write reviews, but Anthony really impressed me.Overall, the car buying experience at this Ciocca dealership was "as smooth as can be" (and the price was right too!)

I would like to explain why I have given such a low rating for this establishment. Initially, I intended to give it a five-star rating.When I first engaged with the sales agent and expressed my interest in one of their vehicles, everything seemed to be going smoothly. They were exceptionally prompt in responding to my inquiries via email or phone calls. We scheduled an appointment, and I informed them that I would be accompanied by my wife and a young child, and there might be a slight delay. This posed no issue whatsoever. Upon our arrival, the salesperson was very friendly and adept at addressing all of our questions. He did an excellent job explaining everything on his end.I arrived with a check from my bank for a loan application and a second check representing the down payment from my bank account. I was quite determined to purchase the specific car I had been eyeing, the 2023 Outback.However, I deducted one star from my rating when the finance representative entered the picture. He exerted considerable pressure and tested my patience, repeatedly urging me to finance through their institution. I clearly stated that I would only consider their offer if they could provide a 0.5-1% better interest rate. He indicated that he couldn't guarantee this and that the interest rate would be determined by the bank behind the scenes. I informed him that I didn't wish to waste any more time on this matter, but he continued to make offers, even suggesting a lease option. It was evident that if I couldn't afford the car, I wouldn't have arrived with a down payment and a loan from my preferred bank. Nonetheless, I decided to let it go, as I was relieved to have a new car. They fulfilled their part by providing me with a temporary tag, and I was ready to leave.Two weeks later, I had to deduct another star from my rating. I attempted to contact them because I don't reside in Pennsylvania, and my state has different procedures for car registration. After enduring a 25-minute wait and listening to voicemail recordings, I finally managed to speak with a live person. They seemed to keep transferring me from one department to another. I understand that, being a foreigner with an accent, there might be difficulty understanding me at times, but it would have been more courteous to provide me with an email address to communicate my problem instead of ignoring my calls. Unfortunately, subsequent phone calls were no better, be it the second, third, or fourth attempt.I ceased calling them and tried diligently to find email contacts for my inquiries. Eventually, someone responded, and I was able to conclude that part of the process.Recently, I called them again, prompted by a letter from my bank stating that they had not received the car title. After enduring a 15-minute hold on the line, I finally connected with an agent who transferred me to the finance department, only for me to realize that I was directed straight to voicemail.This is the reason I have docked yet another star from my rating, and I regret taking up your time with this lengthy comment. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to share my experience so that others may be aware of it.While I did secure a good deal and a favorable car price, the post-purchase service has left much to be desired.

I bought both of my cars at Ciocca Subaru and had the oil change service today. Ms. Lo is very professional and patient. I forgot i have a service package, but she helped me find it In the system. She did a great job. I always enjoy the services here.

We stopped by Ciocca Subaru to get my son’s first new car. Our sales representative was Anthony, He was great. He was extremely patient and professional. We never felt pressured or felt like he was trying to oversell us something we didn’t want. Or give us that pushy salesman feeling that you sometimes get at car dealers. He worked diligently to get us the best possible deal within our budget and price range. Ciocca Subaru has a winner with Anthony as one of their team members.

Will never return! Took Subaru Outback in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires are making noise now and a few days later car battery died. They checked off good on the inspection. Upon removal of battery cover we discovered corrosion. When you call they tell you to just bring it back. For the price you pay it should be DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. They had no problem giving me a list of recommendations that would have been well over $2,000. This is not the first time things were not done correctly. Had body shop repair and cargo net hook was not put back in properly. I had to take it back and it broke again. Glue all over rims when purchased brand new. They tell me just bring it back. YOU NEED TO GET THESE THINGS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! Customers do not want to keep returning when it’s not done the first time. I have no intention of returning to service or sales department! Nor will I rave about this dealership!!

Julian made the buying process easy from start to finish. The entire staff at Ciocca makes sure everything is explained thoroughly. I purchased my previous car with Ciocca 8 years ago and found their service to be outstanding, which is why I returned to purchase my new 2024 Crosstrek. I love my new car and highly recommend asking for Julian at Ciocca if you’re in the market for a new car.

I have never received service like the service I received from Ciocca Subaru! The service advisor I was fortunate enough to deal with, Danna Diaz, went way above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. She worked diligently with the Warranty rep to get them to agree to cover the repair needed which saved me a lot of money. She is a perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you, Danna and Ciocca Subaru for all you did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Ciocca and Danna without a doubt!

Anthony was knowledgeable and patient. I was no where near the ideal customer. I didn't know what I wanted and pivoted several times during the process. He never once pushed or persuaded me in any one direction. Anthony patiently listened and did his very best to meet all my needs.I am a hard to please, quite particular and economically sensitive buyer and Anthony earned my respect and business. I wholeheartedly recommend Anthony and Ciocca Subaru!

I had the best experience in purchasing my new car at Ciocca. Angel went above and beyond the call of duty for me. John in the finance department was excellent and thoroughly explained everything. If you are looking for a car, look no further.
