I am not sure how to actually review them, but here goes. Actual car buying experience was definitely a 5. I drove to PA to get the car after a bad experience in NJ with another dealership. Tyler was amazing and helped out every step of the way and I took the car home June 10th. This is the where the 1 star comes into it. My temp plates expire tomorrow. We called last week and were told we could not get an extension on the plates. Called Saturday and titling was closed. Okay. Called today and they were working on it. Never heard back. I work 45 minutes from home and have no other way to get to work other than driving the car. Now I have to risk getting a ticket. Needless to say, this has soured the whole experience with them.

Took my car there for an oil change today and apparently the price has been increased to $140. $140?! Luckily I did have a coupon from their site to bring it down to $100 (even that is pricey). It also took them 2.5 hours to do the oil change which is a pretty long wait for a basic service, all while they had a sales person texting and emailing me to sell my car to Ciocca so I can "upgrade" to a new one. Very tacky! While waiting, I also had a dashboard light that I thought about getting diagnosed and addressed - the quote to diagnose is about $200 just for the test and that DOES NOT get applied against the cost of any repair that you may decide to do with them. I said LOL, no thanks. This place overcharges and underdelivers, and it has only gotten worse over time.

My first experience of Ciocca Volkswagen Service will be my last. I had a coolant leak and had to pay $185 plus tax for them to run the diagnostic. OK, I thought, maybe I'll get that back when they find where the leak is coming from and make repairs. Not so fast. I have to pay that plus the cost of repairs. I told Matthew Burgess, that every other dealership I've been to deducts the diagnostic fee from the cost of repairs. According to Matthew Burgess, that is not Ciocca's policy. So I have to pay for the privilege of having them diagnose the problem so that they can charge even more money! Then while my repair is being diagnosed Xavier from sales is e-mailing me telling me that I'm entitled to top dollar for my trade plus Ciocca VIP pricing if I trade in my car instead of having it repaired! What shysters! Xavier knows nothing about me and my circumstances! I am not interested in a new car. It's like they won't even look at my repair before they've tried to push me into buying a new car! So after taking my car in they very kindly gave me a ride to work in their courtesy vehicle, a Tiguan with a cracked windshield (is that even safe?) and said that they would send someone to bring me back to the dealership at the end of the day. I waited and waited and since it was after 5 o'clock they ordered a Lyft ride for me. Apparently two Lyft drivers who I didn't know weren't able to follow GPS to my place of work and find me at the main entrance, which I described and I even told them what I was wearing. I eventually get back to Ciocca, the repair isn't done because they didn't have the part (I need a new radiator) and I have to come back tomorrow and go through this all again. They topped up the coolant (which I'm sure that I'll be paying for) so I could get home and back safely. But after paying for the diagnostic I went to find my car in the service parking lot and it is completely surrounded by other vehicles. They knew I was coming back, yet my car was boxed in. Service has gone home for the day, but the cashier found someone with keys who was able to move a car so I could do some tight Tetris moves, which involved driving on grass and dodging a big tree, so that I could get my car out. So back tomorrow to pay for the radiator and labor, hoping that in the interim I can get the $201 I paid today for the diagnostic knocked off my bill. The whole experience at Ciocca has been a disaster so far. Manager Mike, do the right thing and give me a discount for everything you put me through today!

I called the parts department several times, left two messages, and never heard back. After using the chat feature on their website, someone contacted me back. They took my name, email and phone number, and said the parts department would get back to me. Several hours later still no call back, email or anything. This is the second time Ciocca VW parts department failed me. I ended up driving 20 miles further to Koch 33 and received excellent service there.

Saw a lot of negative comments here, but....I just had my first ever service here today on my leased 2022 Atlas Cross Sport. Service personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Monica. Waited for my car and was told it would take about two hours which is what I expected. Car was serviced and ready almost exactly in two hours. Midway through, I received a text with a video from the service technician explaining his progress and the details of my state inspection report. I never have seen that happen before. He then said he would be doing the oil change and check fluids and tire pressures, all you would expect from an annual servicing. I give this service department a 10 as opposed to a 6 I would give to my last leased vehicle, a BMW X3 serviced by the local BMW dealer. As an example, there they wanted $107 to rotate the tires which were completely worn at only 18,000 miles. At Ciocca, they offered to rotate the tires for $20, same as my local tire shop.

My Ciocca Volkswagen experience (vehicle servicing) was less than stellar and resulted in me having to call Ciocca corporate headquarters directly before I saw anything resembling the "Ciocca Promise".I took my car in to have an issue with an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. I dropped the vehicle off Sunday, October 30th so the diagnosis and repairs could be done by Monday, October 31st at the earliest - perhaps Tuesday, November 1st at the latest.Day 1 -On or after 1 pm Monday I received a text message with a link to a video showing what they found wrong with my vehicle. I call and speak to the service advisor who tells me that he is writing up the estimate for the repairs. Repairs? I brought the vehicle in to have the oil leak repaired and was given a laundry list of items totally unrelated to the oil leak that came up during the complementary safety inspection (for the unaware - the safety inspection is nothing more than a treasure hunt and a segue for the Up Sell). On top of repairing the oil leak they also recommended changing the brake fluid, PCV valve, spark plugs, coil packs, timing chains, transmission service and some other items. The total cost for the "recommended" repairs? $4,924.07. The KBB trade in value for my car at that time? $3,595!Speaking with the service advisor, I informed him that I was only interested in the repair work DIRECTLY related to the issue the vehicle was brought in for - the oil leak. The service advisor checks to see if they have the parts in house to complete the repair work. He gets back on the line confirms they have the parts and due to the time of day, the repair work will begin the next day (Tuesday).Day 2 -The next day I call to check the status of my vehicle and was told it was being worked on and it should be done by the end of the day. I call back at 5:30pm to check the status - goes to voicemail. I call back at 6:03pm to check the status and it goes to voicemail again. Odd because the service department is open to 7pm, Monday - Friday. I'm at work so I don't have time to call again that day.Day 3 -I call to check the status around 9am only to find out that repairs on my vehicle still weren't done. The service advisor tells me they pulled the service technician who was working on my vehicle and moved him onto an "emergency service". I ask what kind of "emergency service" supersedes the repairs on my vehicle and was told it was an oil change. They stopped working on my vehicle to complete an oil change on a vehicle that came in after my appointment. I'm without my vehicle 2 days (going on 3) and they stopped working on my vehicle for an oil change.I expressed my dissatisfaction to the service advisor and requested to speak with the general manager. I was given a story and told he was unavailable to speak with. I immediately looked up the phone number for Ciocca corporate and called to let them know that I hadn't received anything remotely resembling the "Ciocca Promise" and that I was officially filing a complaint. The person I spoke with took down all my issues and informed me that they would be corresponding the general manager within the hour. This was only thing that delivered as promised as I received a phone call from the general manager about 40 minutes later. I was told that from there forward I would be dealing with him directly rather than their service advisor. The GM assured me that my vehicle would be done that day and that they would deliver it to my home once done.Doing simple math: Their current labor rate is $179.95 per hour and the total labor charge was $899.99 for my repairs. 899.99/179.95 = 5 hours. It took them nearly 3 days to complete 5 hours work with parts they had in stock. This will be the last VW I own and the last time I patronize Ciocca.I could also mention they increased their labor rate by nearly 50% based on what it was on my last service ($120.00).

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. They need to hire more techs. The service manager acted like he was doing me a favor by scheduling me a simple oil change. Love Volkswagen but I will never spend another penny at this place

So I am selling a car online and looking for private sale, here comes Matthew Burgess messaging me telling me he cannot come anywhere close to my asking price and offers me 50% of my asking price and continues to tell me that the vehicle market is dropping fast. Well first of all, we never even discussed anything and he only asked if it was available so how the heck are you going to forcibly try and make me sell you something for 50% off. Dealership is a joke.

I purchased a 2019 Jetta today and had the best car buying experience possible. Tyler Rider helped me with any questions I had and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience at Ciocca. The price of the vehicle was actually the price of the vehicle no Gimmicks.I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a VW to shop at Ciocca VW of Allentown they won’t regret choosing them and ask for Tyler Rider he’s the best.

My son and I purchased his first car together with Santiago and the team. We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Ciocco Volkswagen of Allentown and especially Santiago. Santiago did a nice job of assessing my son Justin's needs and wants; presenting 2 options and then professionally demonstrating each vehicle. He was effective at balancing his presentation to a 20-year young man and to me who was ultimately the final decision-maker. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be bringing my daughter to Santiago in June to purchase a car after she graduates from college.
