Dan Bostelman and his father Mike are the best. I really do appreciate them for all they did for me to be able to acquire the property I now own. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an agent to help them purchase a home.

Devin Zydyk is the single most valuable resource I have ever experienced when buying and selling a home. I've worked with Devin on 3 home purchases and 1 home sale to date. We have gone through countless strategy sessions, home walk-throughs, and negotiations. Having Devin in our corner has been a differentiating factor

Working with Chris and his team proved to be a great experience. We were working through a relocation program and interviewed Chris and his associate Dustin and immediately knew after that conversation that we wanted to work with them. We were moving out of state after 30+ years in the area which was an emotional and overwhelming process for us. Chris and his team helped us every step of the way. Their personalities, flexibility, responsive and empathy were so appreciated as we navigated these uncharted waters. They provided excellent advice from staging our home, determining the best list price and then all the process steps in between. We would definitely recommend them after the experience we had and are grateful for all they did to assist us.

Angie Espinal helped us find a home to our specifications. She also recommended a local lender after our national lender failed to get us to the table. Angie is very knowledgeable of the market, patient, listens well, overall a very caring real estate agent and human being. Angie will help you find a home and lender to close. No complaints here. Thank you, Angie!

Moving to another state is not easy but Laura Stivala made the process smooth and easy. She was so informative and motivated to find us our perfect home in the perfect neighborhood to include all of our must haves. She felt like our friend and was available to us with any questions we had. She educated us step by step through each part of the process and always had our family’s best interest at heart. She made us feel supported and was a strong advocate for us through every offer, obstacle and the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond to shows us all different areas and accommodated our family with showings as we had to travel to see the homes. Throughout the entire contract process she had her attention on every small detail to ensure a smooth transaction and happy buyers. Laura is highly experienced and strongly recommended!

4 years ago, my husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a home with Carol Landis-Pierce at Coldwell Banker Hearthside. When we decided to list our home and look for a new one, it was a no brainer to go back to CBH. This time, we worked with Jessica Byrnes who was equally knowledgeable and we couldn’t be more pleased with our second interactions with the agency. We have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of our questions have been answered and even though our agents most definitely had other clients they were working with, we always felt like the main priority when with them. My husband and I would 100% recommend Coldwell Banker Hearthside to a friend, and while we have no plans to move again for a long time, we would definitely go back to them if that changed in the future.

Think very carefully to trust your home to sell or buy. I made the huge-Mongus mistake letting a incompetent like Kenny Rosado to be my buyer agent. He do not know NOTHJNG about the housing market and on top of that is very lazy!. His supervisor Cliff Lewis is the same, no way any complain about Kenny wrongdoings can be fixed by Cliff. He don’t answer the phone and Kenny turn almost as the seller agent. What a huge mistake I made. These people are incompetent and only look their own interest, not the interés of the client. BE AWARE!!! They are sneaky with the fees. You can get fool very easy, they are experts ripping your money off your pocket. They have deals with the closing agents and others so you expense money in fees that you don’t really need but they put is t as mandatory. AGAIN, BE AWARE!!!

Very unprofessional and unethical people. Mike Dragotta, Cliff Lewis and Donna Bartholomew-Sacco represented a seller without disclosure of a major defect. Within 5 days of contract while doing our due diligence, we found a sink hole on the HOA portion attached to this property. We terminated the contract and exceeded the time for sellers to dispute. It is more than a year later and these realtors are still playing games withholding our earnest money deposit without justification and breach of our contract. It seems like they make a habit of trying to force buyers to give up part of their deposit as a negotiation to avoid fighting and running up legal fees. If you had a similar issue with these people, file a complaint with the Department of State. If you plan on doing any deals involving Caldwell Banker Hearthside, Mike Dragotta, Cliff Lewis, or Donna Bartholomew-Sacco, be very cautious.

I was going to purchase a house from the seller who is represented by agent Eric Rothenberger from this company. Unfortunately our financing did not go through ( by no fault of our own)and per contract they were supposed to return our deposit. It's been months already and we still did not get our money back even though they said on various ocasions that the deposit will be returned and communication from them is very slow. Very poor way of doing business. One stressed out customer.

While I cannot speak about every member of this office, I can speak loudly of two employees that work in this office. As a first time homebuyer, I found one of the realtors in this office, Cesar, through Zillow. After working with him for several weeks, Cesar indicated that he knew a company that did a great job refurbishing houses (Atanos Management LLC). He said the houses never make it to the market so, if I wanted to purchase one of their homes I would have to see it while under construction. After signing an agreement with Atanos that indicated that as the buyer I would have the ability to request certain customizations for the house, I was told by Cesar, that the owner, Mark Gallagher, was annoyed with me and was threatening to back out of our deal.As time progressed and closing date became closer, I let go of all my requests just to retain the house. It also was brought to my attention, through a passing comment Cesar made that Mark (the owner) was a realtor in Cesar’s office - which felt like a dramatic conflict of interest. The closing date came and I could not get in touch with Cesar. After the date passed, Cesar indicated that Mark terminated my agreement of sale because I didn’t make settlement. When I asked what I could do to keep the property, Mark indicated I could pay $55,000 more to keep the house. This was not an option. Mark refunded my money that I put in for the inspection, the deposit, and then some because he wanted me to have some money “in good faith”. I believe this was hush money. It is my belief that Cesar and Mark were working together to aid the other in getting more money. It is a gross abuse of power and very unprofessional.

Brandi, a real estate agent employed here was so unprofessional and incompetent when selling the home i bought. She lied to her clients about our contract multiple times which almost led to us suing the sellers and the sellers almost suing her. Worst experience iv ever had.
