Definitely cheaper prices than a typical pharmacy but unfortunately you get cheaper quality customer service as well.

Today I went to this Costco when I walked in I was with my sister and my grandparents I am mixed and I am dark my grandparents have lighter skin than me I walked in and the lady that says hi when u walks in stoped me I was behind my grandparents she said "now who are u with?" Assuming that I wasn't with my grandparents she assumed that I was alone and that I wasn't related to my grandparents because of my skin color I don't have a picture of her but she looked like she was around 50 to 70 that ruined my day

Love CostcoExcellent customer service, excellent products, okay prices. It's not always the cheapest, but it's definitely close to being the cheapest for the quality. I rather work with Costco than with any other store because of their customer service

Never was in the place, despite it being close to my house. Thus the middle rating. Can't say whether it's good or bad.I have an elderly female friend who lives across town. She never had a computer so she calls me to look up things for her.She related that her nephew bought a whole chicken there a few months ago & it wasn't cooked through. He brought one over yesterday, it also was not cooked through. Not just taking my friends word for it, her home health aide also stated it wasn't cooked. She doesn't want to tell her nephew because he'll over react. He might get angry and say:"Then I'll never bring you a whole cooked chicken from Costco again!"She asked for the number to call Costco to inform them that their roasted chickens aren't thoroughly cooked. Just reporting what I was told by my friend.

Clean, well organized, stocked and the wait is not bad at all. Prices are ok and food is fresh.

I've been doing business with Costco for over 20 years. Their prices are ok and their return policy is great. There's really not one close by, but I end up driving 40 miles each way, usually weekly, to shop there. Check out is my only issue. They have a few self check outs, but no hand scanners, so you have to actually pull everything out and place it on their scale. The location in Gaithersburg Md. has lines, but when it's bad, the employees actually come to you in line, scan your card and everything in your cart and all you have to do is pay when you get to the register. Wish they would implement that process. But I still prefer Costco over Sam's and BJs, and I'm less than one mile from a BJs.

I've been using Costco's credit card for many, many years. I would get the yearly rebate, zoom in on the barcode and screenshot it for two reasons. 1. Easier to find than an email from a month ago 2. Easier for the cashier to scan This time around I was at the automatic checkout and wasn't sure how to scan the rebate. I asked the employee and he told me pics of the barcode were not excepted. I told them this was the way I've been doing it for years. He called a manager and the manager refused to do it. He said I must download the file from the credit card company.... 1. Where did he think I got the image from in the first place? 2. Once the rebate is scanned and used, no one else will be able to use it. Even if the image was splattered over the internet, no one would be able to use an already used rebate barcode. This entire incident was absolutely ridiculous and could have been avoided with a little common sense. If someone was trying to do something malicious, they certainly would not be stupid enough to use their own Costco membership to do it with. You also wouldn't magically be able to screenshot a valid Costco Rebate with your name on it....

This is review for their tire center. Nathan was a huge help along with his manager who also helped. I had a flat and was in a little rush to go see the NASCAR race. Nathan was super cool and tried to get me help ASAP. The manager or supervisor who worked on the car helped repaired it. I had a fantastic experience. Ironically Kyle Larson number 5 (at NASCAR) lost because of tire blow out! The store is good too.

Costco yourself check out is a waste of my time. Which pig brain come up with the idea? I scan my Costco credit card, take small items of my cart, scan it and place it on the table, wait for Costco employee to take his scanner to scan my other big item inside my cart, pay with my Costco card again, then take the small items back into my car. I find I wasted lots of my time doing this. Never again I will waste my time doing self check out. YOU ShOULD GO TO Sam's Club AND SEE HOW Easy to self check out. All I do is scan my membership card, use scanner to scan all my items inside the cart, and pay. It is fast and quick compare to Costco method is it NOT fast! Get your act together before you start losing customer!

This review is for Laptops only. I have been a Costco customer for about 30 years (since its inception in California). In August 2018 I bought a Dell touch screen computer from Costco that purportedly came with a two year warranty. After limited use and careful handling it stopped working during the 2 yr warranty period. It was never dropped or abused and I assumed that it would be fixed or exchanged by Costco, but I was required to describe the problem to their technical staff with some screen shot photos. No physical inspection was provided. From the screenshot photos I provided Costco determined that the 2 year warranty did not apply and I was SOL. No if and or buts. I have bought about 5 laptops in the $ 600 range for myself and my family over the previous 3 years and due to the failure of Cosdtco to fairly evaluate and remedy my problem with a defective laptopI have decided to never buy any computer hardware from them. I maintain that if Costco advertises a 2 yr warranty for the computers they sell, they should honor that promise. I have a laptop paperweight that looks pretty in case anybody is interested. Thanks for reading

Costco has taken safety measures in light of Covid-19 to ensure shoppers feel comfortable. I like how every a Costco has a sign listing the in stock and out of stock essential items once you walk toward the entrance. The employees also wipe the carts; there is a bottle or jar of disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer once you are inside the warehouse. People practice social distance when they walk around the store and during checkout. There is a plastic shield between customer and the cashier counter for safety. There are signs for people to social distance. The bathroom is clean and there are organized aisles. Well stocked on majority of items except for Clorox or Kirkland disinfecting wipes - Still out of stock. Lots of hand sanitizers available for purchase. Otherwise, great shopping experience.

We have been long time Costco members and were happy when they finally opened in the Lehigh Valley. The store has become much busier in the past year with a lot of new members due to the Covid situation. The best time to shop is on weekday mornings. The values that you get there speak for themselves. We tried out the Executive membership for a year but determined it was not really worth it to us so we went back to the regular membership. On my last trip there they approached me about going back to the executive membership. I told them that if they wanted more business from us then they needed to open another location in the Lehigh Valley nearer to us. I was told that they are actively looking in the Easton area and wanted to open in two years. I don't know if that will happen but it will be great if it does.
