Pretty disappointed in Costco on this one... I'm a loyal customer and, and i have been happy with everything so far, so having my tires replaced over there was just logical... Easy to make an appointment, they took me on time and 45 minutes later i was gone... But... On the very next day, I noticed a loud nose when braking... Took my car to my mechanics, and the brake pads were completely shot, more than dead... Costco should have mentioned it to me, it's right in your face when you have the tires off... Very disappointed...

Phone just rings and rings and rings. Never answers. Find someone that is available at the counter that can answer the phone.

This place is a not trust worthily. They lie about where the hole is at in your tire in efforts to get your to replace at tire instead of having them plug the hole. They are also very unprofessional on the phone.

Every time I go for tire rotation even with an appointment I am there for minimum 2 hours. Then the last two times I went there they stripped out the lugs on my car.Never had an issue with any other shop stripping out the lugs.

I've been quite happy with my experiences at this Costco Tire Center. I've had them install tires on at least three of my vehicles and they did a good job each time. I had them look at a slow leak I was having, since there is tire hazard coverage included, but the tire had multiple punctures within a certain distance and the tire had to be replaced. Recently I had them replace TPMS sensors which failed at under three years. They installed the original sensors that I supplied when I had new tires installed, and they worked with me this time to install replacement sensors that I had already purchased, since I had made an appointment, even though the company policy is now to only install the sensors that they sell. Good people working the front desk and on the vehicles. They are always crazy busy here.

I was moving from out of state and one of my tires blew up. They were able to replace that tire in the rest of them last minute. Staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you all?

Today I went to this Costco when I walked in I was with my sister and my grandparents I am mixed and I am dark my grandparents have lighter skin than me I walked in and the lady that says hi when u walks in stoped me I was behind my grandparents she said "now who are u with?" Assuming that I wasn't with my grandparents she assumed that I was alone and that I wasn't related to my grandparents because of my skin color I don't have a picture of her but she looked like she was around 50 to 70 that ruined my day

Love Costco Excellent customer service, excellent products, okay prices. It's not always the cheapest, but it's definitely close to being the cheapest for the quality. I rather work with Costco than with any other store because of their customer service

Purchased tires about a year and a half ago. Got a nail in tire close to the sidewalk. Could not fix needed a new tire. Did not have the tire I needed. I have a common sedan. Was not able To figure out how to order a new tire. Yes the prices are very good. Yes the service is OK. But I cannot imagine that nobody at the center knows how to order a tire for a common sedan. I guess the moral of the story is if you need a tire repair or a new tire you’re out of luck. The warranty they boast about is only as good as the paper it’s written on.
