Very Helpful Staff, Pre-ordered pick ups are fast and easy with the phone app, just have the bar code ready on your phone and scan at the counter for both merchandise and pharmacy. This is now My Go-To pharmacy

Numerous times I have had to wait, sometimes days, for prescriptions to be filled. Liberty Street staff are terrible. I waited 5 days for a pain medicine. Even after I received a text from CVS saying it was ready-it was not. I showed them the text and was told they "just received the prescription" from the doctor and it would now be several hours because they are busy. Then they can't find two out of four. Pharmacist said that if I don't like it, "go somewhere else" This has happened so many times, always excuses and different staff

My experience at CVS.1601 Liberty St Allentown Pa.is always great. I am a very satisfied customer for years. I especially like the extra care card . Great savings on prescriptions and everything in the store. The co'workers are friendly and helpful and take the time to help me when I ask to find something and I did get a lot of good advice in the pharmacy .They even come out to the counter and help me find items I need.

They often just ignore the drive through window. They will stare at you through it, just not answer or respond. Quite infuriating. Happened twice this week.
