I called in at 1am because this is SUPPOSED to be a 24 hour store, and I am in need of a product to offer me pain relief so I can sleep. I called in to make sure that they had the item before I made the trip there, but to my surprise the associate seemed EXCITED to tell me that they were closed currently and I would have to come in at 7am when they opened. When I asked if they were 24 hours she claimed an “incident happened” and that they had to close the store. Which I thought was odd because if the store is closed WHY ANSWER THE PHONE? But I still figured it was worth inquiring if the item was in stock, so she asked what it was I was looking for. She said she would check for me and be right back, but after over 30 min waiting on the phone on hold I decided it was a lost cause and just hung up.Based off of the reviews I read of this place, it’s my belief that nothing happened, and that they decided to close early to avoid customers. The whole purpose of having a 24 hr drug store is to be able to have access to products in case of an emergency or need AT ANY TIME!! Customer service here needs to really improve

When a store has bad reviews there is a good reason why. This is a case of Fur coat, nae knickers as the store is well stocked but unless you have an urgent need it's better to avoid it. From lying to being rude and condescending, there is no end to what they do to make customers uncomfortable. I have little experience with the pharmacy but the front staff need training. Don't know why anyone would have a problem giving good service and look down on customers.A lot of stock is expired and they expect the client to watch out for that! Staff can't communicate clearly, are on the phone while serving, use force unnecessarily and they said I need an ID to return stuff just bought! Any competing provider in this vicinity would make so many people happy.You are lucky if you get a problem solved. The owner is non chalant and let's irresponsible, rude, clueless staff run the show. They don't even understand processes for partnering companies like UPS, It definitely gives a perspective on why there are so many complaints on the store.

My doctor sent in script .later that day CVS text me that it was ready . That was after 1 pm. I went over to CVS after 5:30pm. The girl at counter said it was not ready to come back tomorrow . I no sooner got home, saying my script was ready. I was pissed. After waiting in line and then to hear that. They want bad weather tomorrow I thought I would beat the weather . I called to complain with no resolution

I was in today to pick up a prescription for my aunt. After paying for it I asked if there was a restroom I could use. The woman was very pleasant and said yes just go to the front and they will unlock it for you. But when I went to the front, the woman upfront said no, we don’t have public restrooms. I don’t know what the big deal is about using the restroom especially after I paid for two prescriptions. I was a customer and not someone who came in off the street just to use the bathroom. It would be nice if they would let customers use the bathroom. That would be the nice thing to do. I hope someday when that woman upfront needs a bathroom somewhere they will tell her no. Then she will know how she made me feel.Very poor customer service!

Worthless piece of garbage so called Manager kepted saying he would help me with something when line is down in the sinus area that was locked in glass case i waited for 10 mins he says he's the manager and only one working..Never experienced this in ANY other cvs in my yrs...they help....I bet if I were Spanish like him or White that would've been handled far differently...I will never go in that store again...The line never went down and my freedom and money as well as more importantly my Children 16 and 20 are worth far more than arguing with someone who is as arrogant as him to have a customer wait 10 mins...I walked out..I will shop at 5he other cvs places I go that are ran better by far than this dump and have better management

This location gets worse as the days go by. Their employees are rude in the front. There’s literally one lady short hair with curls and glasses she’s literally their best most pleasant employee. Then the pharmacy lord if u needed your medication to survive do not come here. Had prescription sent in at 10am it’s now 630pm I been here multiple times and they continue to say half hour, half hour. Absolutely horrible.

This pharmacy is the worst!!! The service is so rude and lazy. They literally look like they don’t want to be there, which I don’t care about until I have to deal with one of them for my brothers insulin. They deliberately forward calls to call waiting and never respond the call. I dropped my brothers refill so many times but somehow it was never ready on time. If it wasn’t because they couldn’t find it or didn’t try. And lastly, this is the only CVS pharmacy that closes for lunch time. So if u arrive when they are on lunch, you must wait and don’t u dare ask them a question because they will ignore you. Management must be ghetto

My son needed a antibiotic and ibuprofen due to an infection. The prescription was called in last night. It is 11:30 am and it is still not ready. There is no reason anyone should be waiting this long for something so simple.

Disorganized pharmacy. Retail prices are extremely high and associates are not friendly. Too busy to bother with.

The worst CVS I’ve ever experienced. The guy working at the pharmacy is incredibly rude and doesn’t seem to care about peoples wellbeing. He can’t manage to fulfill the most basic requests, don’t waste your time.

Derek in the pharmacy is SO PATIENT. Patience of a saint, I swear to god, I do not know how he dealt with the person he was dealing with.Also, service dog friendly CVS, no access issues! Staff has been overall very polite.

Visited CVS and the store was going through some relocation of stocks and shelving. I still found what I needed and the team member at checkout was very helpful.
