Always very kind and get my order in my hands as fast as they can! I'm the event that my order is ever not done or they have any inability they quickly advise and remind me of when my next round of medication are set to be available

Kevin, the pharmacist, went above and beyond. I needed a prescription filled before I flew to TX. I called and left a message before the pharmacy opened. Kevin called me back soon after they opened assuring me the he was working on it and it would be ready in 10 minutes! When I picked it up Kevin made sure that I understood how to take the prescription and that, if the antibiotic needed to be changed, how I could do that from Texas.
Kevin was doing everything including checking people out. He should have more help. In any case, he was friendly and patient. CVS is lucky to have him!

Easy to schedule appt. for flu shot same day, had non-preservative mercury-free vaccine, very quick check-in & shot, very friendly pharmacist - great experience for a necessity.

I come here to pick up medications all the time.
When they are not ready, you are told to come back in 15 min, I always stay in the waiting chairs.
What is the expectation? Do all that line AGAIN especially when all of the sudden the line is huge amd you were there waaay before? It seems some of the technicians are aware of you waiting but others seem to completely forget you are there waiting just for that..

CVS Pharmacy -Came in to pick up a prescription and wanted to get a vaccine done. The place was completely empty but I was told it would take up to an hour for the pharmacist to get the vaccine ready. She said she needed an hour to the machines running. Sounded like a lazy person excuse. If service is what you provide then you should be ready when you open. Will not be returning

The people at this CVS are so friendly and helpful! That includes the pharmacists too. I had a concern with a change in the manufacturer of a medication I take. The pharmacist took extra steps to track down the information and get the original scrip filled for me. She took time to talk with me about it first without making me feel rushed. They are the best there!

This pharmacy, inside Target, Cedar Crest, has a very unique ability to be a professional pleasant team. They're motivated and actually interested and caring in their approach to me/us, as the customer.The texts come thru and they're ready to serve in an organized punctual manner. I thank them.

Excellent customer service. Appointment are honored right at or before the scheduled time. Very friendly pharmacy staff and pharmacist. This will be my to go to pharmacy from now on. Highly recommended!

If you're on a limited income, don't use this pharmacy. Even if you have an allergic reaction to a medication because they failed to disclose the full ingredients list, they will not return your money.

The pharmacist has always been willing to answer any questions I have. I have been pleased with the service and attention to any Rx that might cause a bad reaction to my allergies.
