Ran in at 8:30 to look if they had boots in my size. I did know they were closing at 9 . I ran in to try a pair on and an older women walks up to us to tell us they’re closing in 15 minutes ….. “just to let you know , we’re closing in 15 minutes so you’re good till then but yea” came off very rude and obviously lied because they don’t close at 8:45 …. Then Ryan was nice enough to tell us if we needed his help to let us know. Please hire staff that wants to work and that isn’t going to push customers out. I left without purchasing a thing because of her . Do better

Shipping in person for kids cleats is a waste of time. Store selection continues to decrease. Just buy online and return.

Staff is NOT knowledgeable/poor customer service. I have gone to this store location and the one in Wyomissing. Decided to give them more confidence since I got the vibe of them being more knowledgeable the few times I have gone. I Called today to find out if the they will have merchandise on a collaboration dropping next week. The girl that picked up the phone and huffed, did not know the answer and decided to hang up on me. HORRIBLE customer service on their part. I proceeded to call the Wyomissing location and they were able to tell me the details quickly and efficiently. Won’t be relying on this location anymore although the store is beautifully organized, clean, etc.

A huge store with a wide selection!

A bright, well lit, organized place to find a wide variety of sporting goods. They might not have exactly what you are looking for, but they have a little of something from almost every sport.
Salespeople are few and far between.
Nice restrooms back by the Bike department. ⭐️ Paper towels in the restroom, instead of those lame air dryers.
Oh… and Crocs, lots and lots of Crocs!!!

I love the clothes here but while checking out Bob gave attitude to my boyfriend and that is not how customer service should be as someone who also works with people all day. My boyfriend simply asked for a gift receipt while paying for his items and Bob took it upon himself to rudely tell him to ask for it at the beginning. I have never had an issue here before but I was not happy with my service today.

Very disappointed that they do not offer much Ice Hockey gear. Phantoms Youth is a local team and Steel Ice is local venue as well. I love the baseball selection and I bought my Kayak from them as well, but having more ice hockey gear would be superstastic!

Let me just say I been to every dicks in my area and have NEVER experienced what i have tonight with my children. The cashier at the this location Krocks road Allentown pa name NiCK. Is a disgrace. He absolutely had no customer friendly and didn't even apologize for not checking the pockets where he didn't find the receipt. He handed my receipt with an attitude! After my kids said wow mom I said he has a nasty ass attitude he told me as I was walking away to watch my mouth. He should not be the face of dicks no wonder this place has 2 star rating

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me in shoes only to find they didn’t have anything I wanted in stock. Had to ask for help 3 times. Needs improvement

Wonderful service!! My daughter needed help with her crocs that we couldn’t find so a employee name Marco came up to us and helped and ordered the crocs for us.
