My daughter is 25 and wears a size 3 1/3 but can fit into a woman's 4/5 and dsw had two pairs which made my daughter so happy we had gone to 4 different shoe stores and finally found her shoes

Don’t go near closing time… I don’t was the only one in the store tonight & no one offered to help me at all…. then the manager came to me and asked, you know we are closing in 5 minutes… not even a “is there something I can help you with?” Well I will go spend my money on shoes somewhere else then. & I hold a grudge, so I will never be back here. I get it, but there is a better way to ask your customer to leave.

The Supervisor Jen lacks customer service and was rude, combative and insulting. I was speaking to her calmly and she was not listening. Now I am out $80 and mad. I will not be visiting again. Jen's position should be re evaluated.

They have a HUGE selection of shoes. My partner and I walked out with a few new pairs. Good place to try on shoes, and the prices aren't bad either.

I stopped at this location for an order pickup and ended up doing a little bit of additional shopping. I ordered the shoes after store hours and they were ready promptly the following morning. This location was clean and well-organized with very good merchandizing. Counter staff was very friendly and happy to help. Only small bit of feedback I would give would be to have signage when you walk indicating to head up to the main registers if you have an order pickup, I’m fairly certain there wasn’t any indication of where to go (unless I missed something, it’s easy to get horse-blinders when you’re shopping sometimes, haha) so I just assumed I needed to get in line with everyone else checking out.
