horrible I don't recommend spend so much money just for the iPad screen to fall off I waited almost two weeks for them to fix it just for the screen to fall off don't go to this place

Brought an iPhone 12 for repair as cracked screen. Paid before repair. When repair completed, my Face ID is no longer working. I showed him right away.... then employee said "Ya... that happens sometimes because we use non genuine parts". I told him this is a big deal... I use this all the time....I was never was warned this could happen. Unable to put old screen back on as further damaged putting on. I am out $100. Only choice is to take Apple to get repaired - I should have taken it there to begin with. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
