I had a pleasant experience with Denise. She is a wonderful person to work with and a experienced designer. My only disappointment was that this Ethan Allen doesn't do custom drapes and bedding; nevertheless, I had a great experience.

Excellent assistance from Interior Decorator Nancy Tunis from your Lehigh Valley store. It made a big difference having her visit the area of our home that we wished to change. This is the second time we've availed ourselves of Nancy's help. Can't stay enough about her suggestions which proved to be perfect!

We had a great experience at the Hamilton Blvd, Allentown location. Our sales person, Brianna, was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the best color finishes and upholstery for the bed that we purchased. The bed arrived within the estimated time frame and the delivery staff was very professional and made sure we were happy with the assembly and placement prior to leaving. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Terrible store manager and “owner!” I canceled the order they did send me back my deposit. They said they would send me a gift card for $300 but they never did. I called manger Denise several times and never returned my calls and said she didn’t know anything about a gift card. Her attitude was disgraceful. I will not ever be going back to Ethan Allen in Allemtown, Pa. Store “owner” is Rob so he says! No one should be treated like this especially a customer who just purchased a sofa, chair and fabric spending over $3000

Really good experience with designer Denise in picking out furniture for our dining room. It’s been a long wait and our order isn’t yet completely delivered, but we know when the rest get here it will be well worth the wait. We have our DR chairs and are waiting on the table, bench and bar chairs. Bring samples and colors and they will help you find the perfect complement to your home. Even though EA is pricier than other furniture stores, the quality makes it worth the money. We are planning to be able to hand down this furniture to our kids.

Had a great experience. Nancy , at Lehigh Valley store was our sales person and designer. She had a great eye and walked me through every piece. She had a real feel for the style I was in search of and found all things to blend with French country. I like the quality of the furniture and the fact they the pieces were made in USA. The delivery men were very professional. Only 4 pieces came so far , but all in perfect condition. I had a superb experience after searching for months for the right pieces !!
