This the worst fedex. A month ago I had a package held there as I was on vacation. I show up at cedar crest to get it after the vacation. I gave the clerk my name address and said as per fedex.com my package is here. His reply without looking we don't have it. He said it's probably at Northampton or bethlehem. I go to Northampton give them the tracking number and after 45 minutes they found it in CEDAR CREST. The lady said it was always there. I go back to cedar crest the clerk says oh I didn't know you wanted that package. It's the ONLY PACKAGE I HAD THERE. I place my GOVERNMENT ID PA DRIVERS LICENSE AND PA CHANGE OF ADDRESS ON THE COUNTER. He tells he doesn't need my change of address, only needs my PA DRIVERS LICENSE. Month later I have another package held there so I don't have to run around to look for my packages. I go in get the manager as the clerk. I tell him I have 2 packages, give my name and my address. Right in front there they are. Scans them I hand him my PA GOVERNMENT DRIVERS LICENSE and I'm happy I'm getting my packages. Then he stops and says he can't give them since I had a change of address. I said I got my last package here and I didn't need the change of address. The clerk from the previous time was there. I gave the tracking, showing all my info on the packages from FedEx and the shipper. Now he wants more info. Won't give me my package. Had to get the package in bethlehem instead of cedar crest. Bethlehem didn't need the change of address PA issued card. My driver's license was enough.
They don't know what the hell is going on in their store WITH YOUR PACKAGES. Even with VALID STATE ISSUE ID THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR PACKAGES. Use any other store. UPS AND USPS is much quicker and cheaper. Less headaches.

It is always a seamless and easy experience here.
I am usually shipping product internationally for work, so there is a lot of paperwork and questions. They are on their game.
It is the same group working there for years. They all are quick and help with all issues that may arise.
If you are shipping a lot for work or Amazon/EBAY I would suggest opening an account. Negotiate a discount!!

Dropped off a package, dude did not care, did not want to be there, awful customer service.
Once he gave me my receipt he literally threw the package.
Why are people like this working with peoples stuff???!
