So where do I start first off I took my car here because my wheel in the back was leaned in due to my suspension dropping they told me I needed a right rear shock a rear torsion beam and my front sub frame done they lady in the front told me there was a hole so big that she can put her hand in it and that for all of that I will pay thousands of dollars more than my car value to fix it so I took it somewhere else and they told me my front sub frame is a bit rusty but not bad and doesn’t need immediate work and there’s no whole I did not need anything they said in fact all I needed was my rear sub frame done and with parts and labor they charged me 800$ this place is a rip off a scam and a lie

Made an appointment for an oil change at 11am, came in and was told it’d take an hour at most. Have now been here for a full hour and my car remains in the parking lot, what’s the point of having appointments if you’re going to do the work whenever tf?

Worst place, scammers, the mechanic was very rude and arrogant. I changed my 4 tires and alignment, took the car home and i keep hearing a squeaky noise. I don’t feel comfortable talking it back. Horrible experience and service

I scheduled an state inspection a week out. I showed up and waited in line for 30 minutes to drop my keys off. When I finally got to the counter, the lady goes “we don’t have stickers”. I ask.. ok? What does that mean? She said they can’t do the inspection without stickers. I asked why they scheduled me for the inspection if they can’t do it, and she goes, “honey, I don’t control the stickers. we can’t do the inspection”.
I left and still do not understand why I was scheduled for an inspection a week away, got there the day of, and was turned away because they “didn’t have stickers”. The appointment should not have been accepted, or I should have been notified prior to getting over there and making arrangements for the day.
