It was okay. They’re pretty nice but it took a long time (like 7.5 hours) for them to even look at my car. Prices for tires+brakes were reasonable.
They wanted $450 to change 4 spark plugs though, which is absolutely laughable. Literally unbelievable. I don’t even know how they quoted that to me with a straight face. Weren’t trying to force it on me or anything but I genuinely couldn’t believe it. I’d go elsewhere in the future.

This review was cut short. I will post in pieces as it's worth the read..........
Actually, it looks like I'll have to add as a picture. Don't get scammed to buy new tires from Firestone when you don't need them. 100% lied about a nail. Had an old plug patched for $30. Meanwhile, Firestone was trying to sell me four tires.
This is making it impossible to post the whole story. Buyer beware, Firestone clearly will make things up to sell you tires. I spent the last half hour spelling this out, but was cut off and can't add a file. Not going through the effort to upload pictures to Google Photos.

So I needed new tires and got two of them replaced on Airport Rd. When I took my car somewhere else 2 weeks later to get brakes put on they said whoever did my tires put my tire inside out, when I went back to have them basically fix it immediately or as soon as possible, I was told it would be approximately an hour wait because the one guy is going home and the other guy is already working on something but that I can come back the next day. So I left and went to Jack Williams on MacArthur Road who did not do the my tires didn’t ask any questions brought it right in fixed the tire and was done all within 10 minutes. So guess where I’ll be going for my other two tires.

The attendant was very nice and a good salesman. The tires I bought were a little pricey but I got them because I always got decent tires at Firestone in Florida. After picking up the vehicle I was told I needed air filters in the cabin and motor, brakes and rotors bad in the rear, and some other incidental items. I got my car inspected at a different place and low and behold nothing was needed. I did not tell them anything about what Firestone told me. "Everything was good", they said. I did check both air filters and both were clean. Not impressed with Firestone. I went to Firestone in Florida and always got good service. Not so sure about this Firestone in Allentown. Beware of needless services and products.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay extra for an auto care package, only to end up with more problems than you started with. I paid $117 for a synthetic oil change and a care package that supposedly included checking essential components like oil levels and tire pressure. Yet, the very next day, my car was leaking oil, and all four tires were low on air.
When I brought the car back, they admit it, they crack something which they had to order and repair. While they eventually fixed it, the entire experience was a major inconvenience. It’s disappointing to trust a professional service to take care of your vehicle, only to receive subpar work and additional hassle.
If the care package includes inspections, why weren’t these issues caught in the first place? I expected better quality and attention to detail, especially after paying extra.

These people do not treat customers' cars well, squealing rubber with my car as if it were the wrong one. I went to align my car and came out with problems in my front axle with the axle of the car (I don't know what it is but the dealer told me, saver) with 2 days apart, I've had my car for more than 5 years and I've never had one of those problems until this guy took my car. I don't know why, why is my car not a racing car to be squealing tires with the daring customer earring? to their cars These people don't care what condition or what type of car it is.

Brought it in due to a noise in my rear passenger side. They told me I needed an entire new suspension. A few months later I dropped a pile of money on the new suspension, still had the noise. Bring it back, drop it off before 7, call back around 5, the guy who was apparently working on my car took off for the day and they just gave up. Didn't bother telling me to come pick it up though, waited until I called. I actually gave them another chance and brought it back again to check it out, they told me it was debris stuck up behind my fender or something. It's clearly not that. Need to get up under and look, but I've got a good feeling it's something wrong with the spring on the shock, which would indicate they either didn't replace the parts I paid for or did it wrong. I've spent a lot of money here over the years. I can earnestly say those days are over, credit card will be getting canceled as well.

Scheduled an appt for alignment and tire installation along with my vehicle details Ford f350 SRW ext cab. Drove 20 miles for them to do absolutely nothing unaware said vehicle was too heavy for there alignment rack even tho I had thoroughly explained to them the details. This should have been common knowledge at the time of the appointment instead of leaving me clueless and discombobulated on where to go the weekend before a snow storm. The service writer then had the nerve to try and con me out of a 90 dollar “winter car care” that checks brakes, fluids, and suspension even tho I’m there for alignment which should already be a procedure. Any mom and pop shop I’ve ever been to does this free of charge. Don’t get conned by this place and there uninformed employees. Go to reputable shop that knows what there talking about and isn’t going to waste your time.

My mom came to this location because she needed air in her tire, and the gentleman wasn't very nice to her and even asked as to who was in the car with her and why they couldn't fill up the air for her. That was extremely rude and all she needed was some assistance and then he made my son fill it up for her now if he knew how to do it that would defeat the purpose of them coming to the place of business. Then to add it to he suggested she come in the next day if she had the problem again but why come in after that unprofessional behavior. Absolutely not and I was appalled by the news how about it was your mom needing the assistance then this is how we treat her? And I only selected one star so I can write this review.

Really bad service. Mechanic discovered an oil leak in my oil pan and completely did not disclose the information. Left my car was smoking. Could have fixed the issue same day. I’m completely disappointed in this recommended place.

One of the most aggravating things ever is when somebody just tightens your lugs way too tight, only 2 months ago, and you try everything to break that lug free and have to get an Uber to buy a $140 impact drill. It made me say “Never again ! I’ll order a tire online. Put it on the wheel by hand / pry bar, drive it to a Wawa or QuickChek air pump, and save a ton of money, instead of paying for someone to make a world of problems for you.”
