By far the worse experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years and never been treated as I was today. First they accused me of lying to them about lights that were on when I got the car back; which were not on when I had brought in the car. Then they treated me like I was an idiot for even questioning them on why said lights were on. Which said lights would not have been on if they had even test driven the car after putting on the new tires. I’m sorry that I didn’t out right agree to doing almost $3000.00 in now obviously questionable repairs- when you can’t even tell me why my tire sensor lights are on when I came for a tire replacement. I used to come to this location cause I could trust them; now I just feel like I’m an easy target for price gouging. But, hey- if you would like questionable service done on your car this is the place to go!

Had my tires replaced and tried to get an alignment done with the lifetime alignment I had paid for previously. Shop tried to get me to pay for 800$ worth of unnecessary repairs in order to get it done. I checked with my preferred mechanic and even the one who did my inspection and both said my tie rods were fine and did not need replacement. Would not recommend coming here. They're going to try and squeeze every last penny out of you.

9:00 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour and a half. I was able to watch some of the workers through the window. They couldn’t possibly have worked any slower. Saw my guy tossing an oil filter in the air. If I had a lift in my garage it would have take me 15-20 minutes to do the same thing. All for $150 dollars. Rest assured I’m sharing this experience with everyone I know. I can’t imagine receiving worse service

A egr valve wich has been replaced by this place a little over a year , does not fail every year. Probably they never changed it or did a poor job. Absolutely disappointed to pay again almost $600

Terrible place, terrible attention, I do not recommend that you take your car, I took it for a tire change and I had to return 3 times because some tires were deflated that had only been changed for hours for new ones!!!!
And when I came back they didn't want to solve it because they were very busy, they told me very angry to come back another day and so I did and when I wanted them to take care of me they said they would charge me more money to see what happened I paid more than a thousand dollars and they didn't solve anything and they showed up more failures in the
Car, it's not fair that they charge so much money and then act like nothing happened. We pay money for a reason and we trust their service!!!

Dropped off my car to get 2 tires replaced with tires bought online. Appointment was for 11:00 AM, was told it would take about 1.5 hrs to change the tire and got sucked into getting a Tire Alignment as well. Called back for update at 2:30 pm and was told car not ready yet. Called back again at 4:45 pm, and was told again they had not started the work yet. Drove to the store at 5:45 pm before the store closed at 6:00 and found the car parked where I left it at 11:00 AM. They pulled the car in at 5:50 pm and started the job. I saw the mechanic get the rear passenger tire off but didn’t see them working on the driver side tire. Next thing I know the car is pulled into a different bay and maybe they did the wheel alignment. 6:30 pm the work is done for a job they said would take them 1.5 hrs.
I paid the charges and went home. Later that night I noticed the driver side tire showing less air than when I left Firestone Complete care. I went back the next day and was told there was a nail in it. I’m suspecting that the tire was never replaced. Got a email saying they did a courtesy check for Oil, brake fluid etc. That’s when I realized that they were lying because It’s a Tesla that I brought in and the does not have Oil that needs to be checked. I got robbed twice, once for service not performed and then again for property theft for the tire I brought in never returned back. Still waiting for customer service to call back to resolve my concerns.

Terrible lack of communication and transparency. Booked an 11:00am appointment to replace two tires and was told car would be ready in 1.5 hours. No call received through the afternoon. Multiple phone calls to the store at 2:30pm and 5:00pm and no clear answer as to why our car hadn't been taken care of yet. Was told car would be ready at 6:00pm and when we got there at 6, they still hadn't taken the car in. Replacing tires shouldn't take 7 hours. If you're not going to honor the initial appointment time, why would you accept it in the first place and waste your customer's time?? Extremely dissatisfied with the experience and I recommend going elsewhere.

terrible place i waited for 4 hours just for state inspection and they didnt do it , they just give appointment without having enough staff and wasting people time , i wish i could give you 0 str instead of -1

I set an appointment up for 12pm. Asked the person if it would be enough time for an oil change to get my car by 2pm for another appointment I needed to make. He said yes. It was 1:45 and I asked for an update. I was informed they were waiting on the oil and the air filters (which I was upsold on)!!!! I made an appointment a week in advance. How do you not plan to have the materials needed in advance for your appointments? This also happened to my wife at this store before as well. Very disappointed. Next time just going to Valvoline who has the oil and I am out in 15 minutes for the same price.

Took an appointment at Millcreek center with David, after about 2 and half hour of wait time with no information, I was told to reschedule due to shortage of staff. This centre has lack of professionalism and management, why would you wait for customer to inquire after a prolonged period of time, only to tell that either wait for another few hours or reschedule!

Terrible place for service that lies and tries to swindle you out of every dime they can. Went in for an annual inspection and emissions test. David at the front desk tried to say the tech said I failed inspection because I had no muffler, which was a lie. Then didn't know I overheard him on the phone trying to order a whole new exhaust and gasket kit. Didn't know a muffler from a resonator, recharged me for inspection since the previous tech I saw wasn't in the next day. All that had to be fixed was a 9-inch section of pipe exiting the muffler (yes the one he said I didn't have) so it was fixed then I returned the next day since he said to fix that come back and I would just have to pay for the sticker, then, MAGICALLY, there's now an exhaust leak that wasn't present yesterday and yet again tried to get me to order a whole new exhaust. Absolutely terrible place with zero value. Won't ever waste my money here again. Bunch of SCUMBAGS

Damn I had to change the spark plugs, and the engine had no compression in the 2nd cylinder, I went to another mechanic and it only needed oil.
They only charged 600 dollars and they didn't solve the problem and they told me we had to change the engine, it was just missing oil!!!!!!! Hello, is it really the money they charge for that???????

I set an appointment for 9AM a week in advance to replace a bulb connector. At 11:30 I called and was told no one had gotten to it yet. At 3:30 I finally got a call telling me they needed to replace the connector ( the reason I made the appointnent!) and they would TRY to have it done by end of day. At 5:30 I called and was told they wouldn't have the part until next week and that I needed to come in to get my car and give them a deposit on the part. I said no, I will go elsewhere. When I got there Greg told me his district manager would not let him give me my keys until I paid a $50 diagnostic fee. When I said I was not going to pay and asked to speak to that DM, Greg dialed and put me on. After trying to engage me in some nonsensical debate the DM let Greg give me the keys but said I was no longer welcome (not a problem chief lol). After giving me my keys Greg was genius enough to say out loud in front of other customers that "they don't need my business anyway". Totally unprepared, unprofessional and unethical. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
