I have worked at WEL for 8 1/2 years. I work in the terminal in Allentown and we have always had a family mentality here. We treat drivers and staff with respect and care. I personally love working here. There is a great work life balance. I have had many opportunities to grow and learn new skills. It is a great family run business.

Kind of hard to find all the way in the back on right side of road. Lots of room for parking backing into door. Clean portable toilets for drivers friendly staff great place to deliver.

Current company driver for Wel really got no complaints at all very wonderful dispatcher they know u by name not a number they will do everything possible to work with u I get home on time every time I wanna go home or take off the only thing is I think they can pay more but sometime gotta take the good the bad

If there would an option for zero stars, I would've given that. This is the worst company we've ever dealt with. They offered us a load by call and we covered 124 miles of dead head, waited 5 hours on site to get load, still delivered on time. The broker offered just $90 detention when we just asked it should be more, not even forced or pressurized, the broker Andrew dropped the rate to $800 from $1150 and removed detention completely. Isn't it our right to just ask when they can simply say it's the most they can do!!! Now, they are holding our payment and not replying back. When I reached out to their accounting, this broker said we are harrassing them, then what should we do?!!! leave our rightful amount?!!!

I would say if you are in rush this is not for you. I was having an appointment for 1:00 pm. The shipping guy was so cool and nice. Told me i will try my best to load you in advance. Checking in 9:45am loaded at 12:15pm. Other facilities are above these stars. Overnight parking available. See pics for more. ?
