Went looking to replace my 30 year old irons and had several in mind to test out. Freddie was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly in helping me find the right club for my game. He asked a lot of questions and explained the differences between each club. He never got annoyed or frustrated with me asking to try different models. He had me try some not on my list just to feel differences. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. He never tried to upsell me or put me in something I wasn't comfortable with. I would recommend Freddie to anyone looking for clubs. Thank you.

Just getting back into golf and went for a putter fitting. I was never put on any machine, just handed a bunch of different putters to try. I could have done that myself and not paid for this fitting. They were quick to ring me up for a special order putter that then took months to arrive. I'm embarrassed to say I have since done some more research and saw what a real fitting is supposed to be, even from this company and the machine they claim to use. I feel taken advantage of in my naivety. More honest help can be found just about anywhere else.

Started playing more golf and needed the grips replaced on my clubs. Brought them in and they were done the next day!! Brought two additional clubs in and they helped me get the right grip and did the grips right away. The staff there seem to enjoy golf so they like to talk with players of all levels. Was really happy with my experience.

I was interested in getting new irons from golf galaxy because my clubs are very old. i don’t live to far away so i decided to go in and see what they had in stock. when i got there i was looking around for maybe 20 minutes not 1 but employee came over to assist me. i went to the desk at the back and i saw they offered fittings so i thought that was a great way to get new clubs, get them fit for me. but when i wanted to schedule one the sales guy hopefully he’s not incharge or this place will be doomed..ERIC treated me like i didn’t matter. i was told and i quote “you don’t need a fitting, you’re better off getting a lesson”. Yeah thanks Eric i’ll be sure to spend my money elsewhere.

I bought golf shorts and the security tag was not removed. The alarm did not active when I left the store, so I only found this when I got home…45 minutes away. I called the store and was offered to go back to Golf Galaxy or Dick’s to have it removed. Neither of these stores are conveniently located, so I have shorts I can’t wear, until I make an unnecessary return trip.

Had a driver fitting with Bryan. The insight, time and knowledge shared with me was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about my thoughts and my goals to get better with the driver. Bryan is a true professional and I will always go back to him for my future club fittings. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

Scheduled a fitting for my boyfriend. Who is an avid golfer. Also works at a golf course. He was looking to possibly purchase new irons or replace shafts. I had called and spoke to a man that spoke to me and my boyfriend as if we had no idea what we were speaking on. We kept the appointment against his advice. When he got to the fitting. They barely offered him any options. Throughout the session he continuously had to ask for assistance in trying different clubs, the entire time they did not offer him an option that fit his swing. The man that helped him was supposed to fill out a paper for all of his specs. All he did was fill out a product for him to buy. He has no information on his swing or any of the dynamics he needs to purchase new golf clubs. Very upsetting. Will be getting a fitting and lesson from a more reputable source.

At best its a good place to see and try new golf equipment. I wasn't impressed at all with the knowledge of the staff I spoke to, or that he lied to me then changed the story when I confronted him about it. If you're looking for a professional experience and not just a place to be sold a club, go elsewhere.

Had the most wonderful time here, really helped me enjoy golf again, a young smaller gentleman help me (cant remember his name sorry) but you could see how much he loved golf, he was so passionate while helping me with my grip on the shaft , overall and amazing experience will definitely be back and can't recommend enough.

My wife and I received a lesson from John. It has really helped us both. I have played for years and she is just starting. Since then, I had a putter fitting with Joe. I can't say enough about these guys. Honest and genuine, true experts that love the game. Highly recommend services here no matter what your skill level. They put us on the path to better golf.

To be honest the experience being fitted for my new ping clubs was good. Once I placed the order they said give it two weeks and callTo check in on the order. Two weeks comes and goes call and no one would help. Called 6 times finally called corporate customer care and they had the manager call Me with an update. ToldMe clubs should be at my home Friday and they still haven’t arrived. Called to speak to manager again and he was no longer with the company and the sales rep was rude ( his name is Mike). Said what do you expect? They will get there some time. It’s would have been faster going through my local pro and I would have had more respect for spending over 1500 dollars for New clubs. Honestly just go to your local pro it willBe less of a headache and they will treat you like a paying customer.

I placed an order online at 7:30 AM, before they opened, for a Ping G425 3 Wood in a Stiff flex. Once I got the confirmation at 8:00 that it was ready for pick up, I drove to the store. It was the only quantity available for that particular club within 100 miles of my house, so I ordered from this store and drove 2 hours to get there. When I picked up the order at 12:00, I found that a 7 wood had been mistakenly. No big deal. I informed the store and they went to pull the correct club, but a customer had just pulled the club off the shelf to purchase. So I had to cancel my order and drive two hours back home with nothing, because the wrong club was pulled hours before and the club I had already purchased was claimed by a different customer.

Club Fitting!!! Worst experience of my life. Rushed through numerous clubs. And somehow ended up with regular flex croquet clubs!! Bulkiest clubs I ever used. Definitely not what I chose. And they won't do anything about it. I spent over $2,000. I'm a broke disabled veteran. This was my only enjoyment.
