About Hispanic American Organization
The Hispanic American Organization (HAO) is a highly regarded mental health and counseling center that provides compassionate and professional care. The dedicated staff, including Dr. Carlos Esteves, Yanelis, Carmen, and the receptionist Andrea, are described as kind, supportive, and committed to resolving any issues or concerns that patients may have. The clinic is praised for its honest and genuine treatment approach, in contrast to other facilities that may fabricate or alter information. Patients express gratitude for the care they have received, with one individual noting the organization's ability to guide them through their personal journey, from happy to vulnerable and heartbreaking times. While some reviews mention challenges with seating or wait times, the overall sentiment is that HAO is a welcoming and helpful place that caters to the needs of its diverse clientele.
